I had two old front tires worn down tread and a flat from a nail. American tire had all replaced with a new set within an hour or so! Very fast and professional. Grateful to the shop for their rapid response.

Would highly recommend them to anybody got a flat on my trailer they fixed me up even with the extra work it needed and hooked me up on two new tires. Got me on the road very quickly and I really appreciate it. Great guys.

This place has the best customer service of any automobile shop that I’ve been to! Brian Dawson, the store manager, was super knowledgeable and helpful when my van popped a flat tire. He went out of his way to help me by explaining everything and even giving me a discount because he saw I was in a tough financial position. Then Junior, one of the mechanics, went to where my van had broken down nearby and helped take off the flat tire and install the new one. I never at any point felt nervous or disappointed at the situation because Brian and Junior took such great care of me and went above and beyond. Truly an awesome shop with awesome people! Shoutout to Brian and Junior!

Very helpful technicians. We got a good deal -- better than their competitors. The tires we got were lower price and higher mileage warranty. We also got alignment which was really needed. The price was fair.

Had a bad flat where the sensor in the valve pin broke in my tire (was unable to keep air in it) tried to bring it to the Tesla dealership where they offered a generous $600 quote to replace. Ended up going to American Tires, speaking with Des, where he advised all i needed was a replacement unit for the sensor and he could fix the issue. Cost a fraction of the cost, took less than an hour walking in to the door and out on my way and he was extremely knowledgeable about what steps were needed. Always heard great things about American Tires and am now making it my go-to for any tire needs.

I called ahead and was quoted $100 to replace the tires on my Tesla Model X. When I arrived, after wasting time while they recalculated everything, I was suddenly told it would cost $120 instead. On top of that, they tried to pressure me into doing a “premium alignment” for $199.99, even though their own price list clearly states $169.99 for this service. When I pointed this out, the receptionist gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming it’s “something different.” It’s clear they think customers are fools and try to scam them with hidden fees and upsells. I’m extremely disappointed and will never return. Avoid this place at all costs.

Don’t go to this shop!! The management sucks (Alex and another big guy). I got my back rear tire replaced there on my SUV, but in doing it they had to get into my rear cargo storage area to put my spare away, and they broke my electric hatch door! They didn’t even tell me it was broken when I left. I just noticed the hatch door open light was on when I was leaving, so I pulled over to check it out. Sure enough, the door wouldn’t even latch shut, let alone using the electronics. They said they would fix it, but I had to leave the car overnight. Then they had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for half of it. When I went to pick it up, I refused to pay, but they had left my car unlocked in the parking lot with the key in the ignition (can you believe that?!!), so I drove it off then. And it turns out they only fixed the latch, the electronics part is still broken. They were rude and unethical, don’t go there!

I just went to get a tire nail removed in San Diego..and the employee there was very rude and said it would take 3 hours or more because only one person was working..my drive was long, more than 5 hours ..at other locations they have always been very kind and attentive with the service for that reason we always choose American Tire..and I know it's Sunday but emergency repairs happen 7 days a week

Ordered 4 new tires on ebay to this shop to get them installed and got an alignment. Everything was smooth and the staff were very helpful. Dez and Horacio were very knowledgeable. They noticed a critical issue on my vehicle steering system and repaired it at no additional cost. Great service overall.
