Austin and Mario are great. Been coming here for my companies fleet vehicles for over 2 years and I bring my personal in as well. Never leave unsatisfied. Easily diagnose issues & resolve them with quickness and fair prices. 10/10

I had an excellent experience at American Tire Depot! Austin and Mario were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I had called around to a few shops, and they offered the best deal for my wheel alignment, thanks to a special promo they had going on. Austin was great about working with my schedule—he set up my appointment for 5:30 pm, even though I didn’t get off work until 5:00 pm. They assured me they could get it done in 30 minutes, but to my surprise, they completed the job in under 20 minutes! Unlike other places I called, like Big Brand Tires, who said it would take an hour and didn’t seem as flexible, Austin and Mario were super accommodating. It felt like they genuinely cared about providing good service without rushing through the job. Mario also explained that there was a 3-month warranty on the alignment, so if I had any issues, I could come back and they’d take care of it. I highly recommend American Tire Depot for their great service, friendly staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction!

I've always received excellent customer service they do great work and they are quick and reliable it is nice that they look at everything else in the car and let you know if there's anything you should be aware of or get checked out. They also often have coupons so check them out before you go

I waited an hour and was told they didn't have the right oil in stock, said they'd have it in 15 minutes and would be no charge for the oil change. Good customer service!

I went to the Rosedale store and it was lunch time I thought I would be there long , I was concerned of loosing air in a tire, so the guy at the desk, assured me it would not be a long wait, his worker found a nail in the tire repaired it and put me back in the road, I drove off feeling safe and secure. I was not charged for the service. These techs are friendly courteous and caring. Thank You..

Very knowledgeable staff, nice clean environment, they pay attention to detail , inspecting the vehicle letting u know if or what they see thats potentially a hazard. Overall great experiene will definitely recommend..
