I stopped coming here because the technicians working aren't honest and they scam customers..how do I know?? Because they tried scamming me. I used to take my car here for regular oil changes and mind you I'm a female and I KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO CHANGE MY OIL... I honestly just kept coming here because I was too lazy and didn't want to do it myself. So one time after an oil change here pretty soon I noticed that my REVERSING LIGHTS we're no longer working... so of course I did the obvious and replaced the lightbulbs themselves... After doing that the reversing lights still wasn't working, so then after doing some research myself on my car's make and model I found out where exactly to locate reversing switch...I had to take out my car battery and also take out my housing for the car air filter as it was located directly underneath it... As soon as I took that housing out myself I saw the reversing light switch completely unplugged and it even has a clip on it to snap shut so therefore it would be impossible for it to unplug itself... overall American tire depot technicians had been the only people who touch my car. So I decided to plug it back in and see if it worked as soon as I put everything back I tested out my reversing lights and low and behold it works... Ever since I found this myself I never went back to get my oil change from them.

Ok so I bought tires from this location twice (Stine) no problem the reason for the 2 stars, service was great...well today I go in for a tire repair due to me having a slow leak, made the appointment yesterday. I call before I go in and they tell me to bring the car in within the next 2.5 hrs cuz there's only 3 people ahead of me, I called so I wouldn't waste mine, or their time. I go within the hour, get there, have to wait 15min to be seen and told that they can't service my car and to try 3 other tire places. Mind you this is for the tires I bought from them within the last year and they didn't even regard that I had an appointment...I'm so over them, my husband had an issue with them as well about his ball joints a few years back where they screwed up and he despised them ever sense. Being I had no issues until now, I can definitely say they lost my service for sure.

Check engine light was on and they got down to the point, didnt feel like they tried to push me to get serviced on things i didnt need . Thankful my car was fixed at a quick timeframe

TJ and Jose were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service! Did the job in a very reasonable time and were very communicative about the process, paper work and pricing. The technicians/mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. Will be a repeat customer!

They deactivated my tpms somehow when I got 2 new tires. When they rotated the old ones to the front the front ones didn't activate (retrain) I took it back to them the same week and they said it was out of battery when they scanned it. And tried to quote me over $300 for new tpms, each one being $81 plus labor and I needed two according to them. They used the same sensors when they put the new tires on so I asked why the new tires showed good battery life (knowing all the sensors had been replaced previously and should have had good life)to which he acted like I was crazy for having such a thought. After lots of YouTube videos I was able to try several things to get my tpms sensors working again. They had put them in sleep mode somehow. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TPMS
