Avoid this body shop and the other one in Huntsville. it's family operated, and the owners will ignore you for days. They will lie that even spoke to the insurance company

Good staff behaviour and quick response. Very friendly atmosphere. Specially "Oscar E. Amaya Jr." (Manager) is a very kind hearted person. For his frindlyness and good behaviour this company will expand rapidly. I hope this company will spread nationwide oneday. If you are student, he will try his best to support you by charging minimum. I have visited this place several times and everytime he helped me and cordially cooperated to solve my car's problem. Highly recommended for anyone's total car care. May God Bless them...!!!

This is definately a Top Tier Facility. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Very fast and efficient- they made the whole process very smooth. In over forty years of driving, this was my first accident repair, and I was very impressed.

If you're ever in need of body work, I highly recommend Amaya's Collision Center. Eric was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I'm not exaggerating when I say my car drives better now than it did before. My truck was smashed by a tree during a wind storm with scratches and dents on 90%of the body. Eric tried to stick to the schedule even with a no power week due to hurricane BERYL.The truck looks fantastic-showroom quality. I am impressed

Terrible customer service, this company never reached out to me during the month my vehicle was in their shop, despite giving them. Specific number to reach me at. I was given the run around about my vehicle having a part colored wrong only to find out they ordered the wrong part and did not know when it would be in. Upon pickup they did not reach out to me to let me know there would be no one at the store due to a power outage, and now that my truck has been out of the shop for two weeks I am now getting texts from them. The only thing I can reccomend about Amaya's is to stay far away from them, they also asked that I remove my negative review, because they found the keys they lost. With that being said- every other part of this review is accurate to my experience and i have edited out the only incorrect part. I still reccomend avoiding this company at all costs.

Worst shop ever!!! They came highly recommended by State Farm. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They just gave my son’s keys to a woman that walked in and she took all the keys except for the truck key. Now some stranger has the keys to everything. They didn’t ask for ID or anything, they just handed them over to her. What kind of practice is that?! Now I have to miss work and get the cops involved. Update - when we went back with a police officer to file a report, they found some of his keys on the floor of the shop…not the parking lot. The key ring was stretched out, but not from normal use. They still never returned my house keys! I still had to have all the locks changed. Their work was fine, but the customer service is horrible. Only now that the truck is no longer at the shop are they calling and texting letting us know they will keep us informed about the truck repairs.

I wasn't a customer of this place but my car died and I had to pull over in their parking lot today. These people are amazing! They stayed after closing to give me and my 8 month old son a place to wait while the tow truck came. They didn't once complain and even tried to offer me a place with ac after they were forced to leave due to prior engagements. I am beyond thankful to have ended up in their care today, and I hope you'll give them your business.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Amaya's. They worked a miracle to repair our 4Runner after another repair shop tried and repeatedly failed. The staff were courteous and professional and the quality of their work is top notch. We highly recommend Amaya's Collison Center.

Took multiple phone calls to even get to have someone look at my car. I was told they'd send me an estimate, never happened. I wasted over a week of time in communicating with these people, got nowhere, and ended up going to another business that helped me far faster and with fantastic results to boot. Don't go here unless you're actually wanting the runaround, for some reason.

I had hail damage and they made my car look new they even detailed the interior and made it look nice I am highly satisfied and will be bringing all my cars in when needed.

I was sent here from progressive as their driver was at fault and going in I was obviously skeptical. But this was the BEST experience. The receptionist was sweet on every call and I barely had to call in because my advisor Javier kept me updated the entire time! Seriously he was great and the entire experience could not have been better. I would come here on my own if needed in the future and I’m down in Conroe.

WOW! Service Advisor Trace McMahon and the entire Amaya's Collision team did exemplary work in restoring our 7 year-old automobile to its original beauty. We are still amazed how they were able to Perfectly match the new paint job to the existing paint. From Lea at the front desk to the collision crew on the back end, this company is an excellent example of excellence!

If you want a paint job that last 6 months, this is the place for you. Company assured me they were experienced in painting chrome. Due to the lack of proper prep work before paint, this is the outcome. I highly recommend using another company.

My experience with Amaya's Collision Center has been very excellent mainly for their great customer service. Javier, one of their consultants was very up to speed with my predicament. No one prays for an accident, but Amaya's Collision Center was recommended by my insurance adjuster and I don't believe I could have done better elsewhere. Thank you very much Javier for giving me a soft landing.

Amaya's Collision Center is very professional. They have the lowest cost, and very good work. I wanted to replace the passenger side mirror. I got the part, they replaced only the broken parts and lowered my cost. For the same work, the local Toyota dealer quoted more than $400, but with Amaya's help, I reduced my cost to around $112. If you need any body work on your car or any other type of auto, I strongly recommend them. The people are very helpful, cheerful, and professional. My contact was wonderful young man, Mr. Trace McMahon. I wish him the very best.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible communication. I made a request for them to look at extra work outside of the insurance claim (something they offer on their forms at drop off), and I never got a call back. After almost 3 weeks and some back and forth with insurance over continual delays, I called to ask for an update on the extra work I requested to be looked at. The person I spoke with acted like he had no idea of my original request. I gave him my info again. Was told I’d hear back within a day or two. Nothing. 4 days later, It’s my insurance company that calls to say the car is ready. That second request also never got to the appropriate person. We go to pick up the car and at check out, I ask for a copy of the original form I filled out with my request to have additional work done. The woman at the front found it easily. First page of the file. She Looks embarrassed and says it must not have ever been relayed to the back ppl. I stupidly ask if it can still be looked into, and we walk around to the car with another guy from the shop to address my questions. He takes down info and says I should hear from him in a few days. Never heard back and I never reached out. It took them 3x as long just to repair the work paid for by the insurance, and communication was worse than subpar. I am wondering if family and friends of family have left these positive reviews because after meeting with another repair company to have my issues looked over, i was told that *they* had several customers also complain about Amaya’s. My advice for anyone looking for a place to have body work done: Stay far away from this place.
