A&M tire solution and mobile service

Beware of this business if you are a woman. I was quoted $450 total for 2 low grade tires but agreed because they are mobile and came to my home, after paying $498 not $450 I went for a ride in my car and all the lights came on. I texted them since they do not speak much English and we have been texting mostly and was told that I drove the car so they cannot fix the problem. Turns out the tires they put on were too small for my truck and now my vehicle is unbalanced. I have attached part of the conversation I had with the owner who refused to even try to fix the problem and accused me of scamming. I have reported them to the BBB and will file a case in small claims court. Scamming is when you sell inferior products and charge $48 more than what I was quoted in text. Being mobile is a catch for their business but please beware

After tons of searching for the best deal and service this company exceeded expectations they got me a brand new tire and was able to come to my house within 30 mins of making a phone call. very quick, very easy process and a great deal! thank you so much, highly recommended

They are awesome I am a real customer. I had a tire blowout on the road. They were to me in less then an hour with a new tire. I was back on the road about 15 minutes later. And the price was what they said on the phone.

I called their service at 8:02, and they had a tech at my home at 8:27. Then the tire was changed and the bill was settled in about 10 minutes. They accepted debit/credit. And the rate for the tire and the labor was really fair. I wasn't gouged for convenience. 100% reccomend.

Highly professional service. I got stranded, Took care of me right before closing and the next day. Thought i needed a patch, but all 4 tires needed replacement. They did a wonderful job, outstanding prices, wheel balancing, and bolts tightened to spec, They carry all tires. Highly recommend over driving on a flat or tow truck thanks a&m

Called A & M, needed both rear tires replaced. The man on the phone was very nice, they had the tires I needed even though the tires I need are usually hard to come by. They came to my home within an hour and had the job done flawlessly. The two tire installers that came were very nice nice as well. I will be using them again and referring friends and family to them. Thank You!

Do you not hired this company for your tires whatsoever? My tire was installed incorrectly and would not fill with the air and he left with the job and finish. I asked him kindly to come back and finish the job using words such as please and thank you then he claimed that I threatened him, told me to leave him alone and he’s not coming back to finish the job, he is extremely unprofessional. This is a horrible company the worst tire service I have ever had he also quoted me a price and then demanded more money than he quoted me did not complete the job and was extremely disrespectful and rude because he did not want to come back to finish the unproperly and star tire. He then blocked my number, told me to leave him alone And did not come back. I am taking this to small chords claim because of his extremely rude, unprofessional behavior and not performing the job correctly but I advise all do not hire this company for your tire solutions. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE DO NOT HIRE HIS SERVICE HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB correctly Told me to leave him alone. It’s my issue. I have to deal with it and ignored me.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TAKE IT FROM MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!! FIND ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS GUY!!! RUN NOW!!!

I was stranded. They responded within 20 minutes. Extremely fast, friendly and too affordable. I was pleasantly surprised at how little they asked so I gave them a very big tip. Overall, I could not have expected any more than what I received and, in truth, it was far better than expected. 5+ stars and if I could rank it them any higher, I would do it. A++++++++++++++++

These guys helped us out in a big way! It was around 8:00 at night and they were still open. Their mobile service was there in 30 minutes and fixed the tire on our Toyota tundra. Highly recommend for repair work.

Had my tire start losing air suddenly at about 6:45pm. Looked up used tire shops and found A&M was open until 9pm. Called and they met us in 10min. Or if we were stuck somewhere they would have met us where we were. Very affordable . And great quality used tire ! I am extremely impressed . Total from call to leaving with tire , 20minutes. Thanks for great Service!

What a great mobile service this is. The guys that came out to fix a flat on my SUV were just really nice, friendly dudes. They work super quick, too. I hope everyone that gets a flat tire calls these guys..
