Took my Chevy to AM Automotive to get the oil changed ahead of a road trip. Aside from speedy service and great pricing, Manjit actually exudes an hospitable air. No wonder my neighbors have been loyal for 24 years!

Manjit helped us out of a pinch and was so kind even though they were busy on a Saturday! We were on a road trip when our brake caliper froze and he took our van in day of. We got it back a few hours later good as new! Affordable prices as well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are big fans and AM Automotive. It’s now our best mechanic! I recently purchased my Lexus and my husband has a vehicle that is hitting the 15 year mark so between the two of us, we've been to AM Automotive a few times now. He actually found AM Automotive because they work on his 15 year old brand of vehicle which is not the most common car make. And my husband wanted to try out someone else after taking his car in to the dealer for the 10 year tune up and then having a hose blow a week later... Dealership said hose was going to cost over $2500 at the dealership and Manjit replaced it for a fraction. When my car came due for the lease return, he told me to bring it to Manjit for an assessment before committing to purchase so I did just that. Last week I had my brakes done and an oil change - I had previously had this service performed at the dealership and it was 2x more costly at the dealership than at AM Automotive. I know I can count on Manjit to perform a good, quality job.

I am so glad I took my car to A M Automotive (Manjit's shop)! After several absolutely awful experiences at other auto mechanic shops and dealerships, I gave up and finally went to A M Automotive to get help with a few problems with my Toyota vehicles. Manjit was upfront about pricing, didn't try to oversell or confuse me, and took the time to thoroughly explain what each item on the quote was and why it was important to address. I brought the car in for a regular service and engine mounts replacement. Manjit looked up the part to repair, and quoted me a price over the phone that was too good to pass up! Manjit's shop also caught an engine fluid leak, (saving me from a future major headache!) and an issue with the power steering system. All of this work was completed in 2 days, and there was clear and honest communication for the whole process. When I showed up to pick up the car, Manjit had even checked all my fluids and lights to ensure the vehicle was safe on the road. I had decided to have Manjit’s shop do all future services on all my vehicles. The customer service experience was excellent, and professional. Majit obviously cares about his customer's satisfaction, and his shop produces a very high quality of work for a reasonable price. I am beyond thrilled to have found an honest, affordable and competent shop that will actually repair my car. A M Automotive is the only shop I will take my car to from now on!

Brought my parents' old Chrysler T&C for an AC leak issue. Manjit took a look but also capped the time spent given the age of the vehicle. Gave me a cheap workaround instead of recommending a costly fix.

I drive a Chevy Cruze eco 2013. Everyone knows those cars are trouble but I choose to keep mine cause I don’t want a car payment lol anyway my car started having trouble and they took care of the issue quickly and never make me pay out of pocket more than I need to. Am automotive is friendly quick and trustworthy. The only mechanics I use here in the San José area.

I recently visited this auto repair shop and was blown away by the exceptional service and quality of repairs. The customer service was excellent, with a super attentive and friendly Owner. They were the most honest shop I've encountered, providing transparent explanations and never pressuring me into unnecessary services. Despite their busy schedule, they completed the repairs quickly without compromising on quality. The repairs performed were of great quality, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this shop for their outstanding service and top-notch repairs.

Did a good job. Knocked out a water pump on my crown vic pretty quickly. Didn't charge an arm and a leg. More or less was a walk in too.

Manjit is a wonderful honest mechanic, he tells you straight and gets the job done in a reasonable time, and is very clean. He makes your experience personal. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Won't overcharge you and will take the time to get it done the right way.

While I was told by another mechanic that my car needed a new compressor for AC. The owner of AM Automotive fixed my car AC without changing the compressor. Saved a lot of money.

I would rate more than 5 stars for A M. Manjit is not only a great professional but also is champion in fixing all type of cars. I am very happy to take my cars right from simple oil changes to major repairs such as engine cylinder or fuel injector replacement. All this at a good price. Would definitely recommend this to anyone for high end cars as well.
