I have to say i am absolutely blown away by the work these guys did on my chevy. After speaking with the owners im absolutely speechless, the effort, precision and work of alves collision is absolutely insane. I literally am still in shock on how good this looks. I was alittle nervous at first having it brought here because i was unfamiliar but my goodness i will never have it go anywhere else. I wish i found this place after my first accident. This has got to be one of if not the best auto body shops in the Charleston area by a million miles. Thank you so much Alves collision. I couldn’t be any happier with the work yall did. 5 stars is a massive understatement. I will be recommending you guys to every single person i know

Alves Collison is amazing! They got my car done in a timely manner , customer service was top tier , and I was extremely impressed with the results of my car! I love it! I was so nervous being that this was my first time getting my car repaired in that manner! Shout out to Ms Jackie and the repair squad for being so genuine and helpful throughout this whole process! 😊

Alves deserves 10 stars. I knew nothing about this shop prior to my experience because it was chosen by an insurance company that was not my own. Communication was great and Jackie was so helpful every time I called. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. It took longer than I originally anticipated but that was because they took the time to identify additional damage and ensure that everything looked perfect. My car looks like it’s new and not just the exterior - the entire inside has been detailed. Thank you!!

I had a large scratch on my 65 mustang. I brought it in to Alves and was pleasantly surprised when they took a look at it and agreed to work on my classic car. It's been very difficult to find someone to paint my classics.. When I picked it up (after just over a week). I was elated. It looks like they erased about 55 years. 🤞 they will want a few more of my cars to paint.

Communication seems to be an issue with this place. I know they are the preferred center for Hoover Automotive in Summerville, but from my experience in just talking with them, I will not be using them for the repairs.

I have a 2021 Mustang EV which needed auto body work. My insurance company found it challenging to locate an auto body shop that would work on an electric vehicle. Alves to the rescue. Although they had my car for about 3 months, it was a Ford issue as the part that was needed was out of stock for that long. This morning I picked up my car. I’ve dealt with a lot of these shops in my lifetime, but my wife and I both said, “It looks like it just came off the showroom floor”. Alves is professional, do quality work, and are pleasant to deal with. Although they are between 45-60 minutes away, I’m definitely calling them for future work. Thank you Alves! 5+ stars

Alves, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them! My Honda CR-V was rear ended and did some extensive damage on the lower rear and interior of my car! Alves had my car for the exact time I was quoted and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I got it back and Alves washed, waxed and detailed the interior! It looked better than when I first purchased it! If you want your car done right, go see Jackie at Alves Collision...she will take care of EVERYTHING! They are located on Miles Jamison Road across from Cofields Corvettes! Alves exceeded my expectations! This was my first time dealing with a collision so I was a little nervous. But as soon as I stepped through the door, I felt taken care of. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. On the day of my pick up, they told me there was a little delay due to an accident during the detailing, at first I thought it was going to be huge but it was literally a tiny little scuff. Even though little, they still treated it like a big deal and I felt no need to express how much I wanted my car to be in perfect condition. They didn’t want me to drive out of there without my car being at its best. They fixed it and I got it the next day. They take pride in their work and are very professional. You can feel the hard work and dedication they put into your car when you drive it out of there. The other parties insurance company paid for my damages but if you end up in a situation where you have to pay for your own damages, Alves is worth every penny!! Thank you Alves and to all the staff!

Above and Beyond is an understatement. Jakie and Tyrone where absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Without Jackie and her team the insurance company would have tried their best to take advantage us. I highly recommend them. I can type a million word's of Thanks . But dealing with them is thanks enough. I've never had business treat strangers like family.

I have been in the car business for 20 years. My 2022 genesis G 70 recently got struck by an Amazon worker. I took my vehicle to this body shop. They were professional courteous. Jackie was a rockstar handling the insurance company, handling all estimates needed, and making my car back new again. Was very, very, very pleased. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service was exceptional. I was kept updated every day via text message and the Jeep was ready the day they said it would be.The quality of the work done on my Jeep was perfect and when I picked it up, it was clean fron the inside out. Jackie in the office made sure everything went smoothly from the rental to insurance coverage. 10 plus with everything.
