If I could have zero stars I would. Two months ago home boy sold me 2 used tires one of which was from 2017 and dry rotting causing my car to shake not long after purchasing them. I’d double check your used tires when purchasing from this place

Great people! Pulled in and asked about a tire rotation, which they quoted me for about 1/3 the price of what R&R quoted me minutes earlier. Was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Very nice people and all the workers I seen were providing service quickly and professionally. Will definitely use them again in the future!

They know how to do business and the owner gives fair prices , quality fast work would recommend to go. Shout out to da shorty . Mr. Alvares is a great humble person that takes care of its customers .Oh and don’t go in there to waste time ,they go straight to work if you are in need of something go and be ready for your needs …. Again very humble and fast workers who put effort in their job .

Service seems to be 'hit-or-miss' depending on which technician you get. Today I was charged about twice as much per tire for balancing than I had been charged a few weeks ago for a different vehicle (~$20 vs. ~$10). When confronted, the tech claimed the flat, stick-on wheel weights used on this vehicle were a lot more expensive than the clip-on type used before -- which, of course, is a lie. Also, management was made aware of this but didn't bother to correct it and (conveniently?) failed to provide a receipt.

They service sucks tried to charge me $60 for a used tire I came right to 4455 magnolia and got one for $40 and it was fast !

First of all they’ll try to sell you something you don’t want, English is non existent unless it’s about money. 50$ for a simple tire rotation.. If I could give zero stars.. I would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Got in and out in 15 minutes. They’re gonna talk to you like your mad Mexican dad but they get the job done and I believe they are honest about your tires’ conditions. I would go back if I need to. Edit: turns out they rip you off, especially when you don’t know anything about tires. The guy told me and showed me how my tire was scratched up from driving with a flat and it could pop if I take it like that. They suggested I buy a tire which I did. My dad later brings me my original tire that they said was messed up. They had fixed it up and had it ready to sell. The tire was new and they knew that so they were gonna try to make their money by ripping me off.

Google needs to put a way on here to give negative stars. Came into the store on July 30 to get two tires for a truck. They only had one tire so i had to order the other one. They charged me $50 deposit to order the other one. I came into the shop to check if they were in yet because no one has called. Its September and they still dont have the tire that was “ordered”. Told them to give me my deposit back and they refused. Do not go here. Spend your money elsewhere because these people do NOT know how to do business.

I give this place no stars..they are carless and crooks and will not fix the damage they caused on my rim ...Mario (owner)said that he did not mess it up his employees did so he was gonna have them take it out of there pay check.. that is poor management..
