Awesome shop. We were driving back home from a wedding, with hour to go, when my dash lit up red and I lost power. Was able to get off the highway and limped into this place. Went inside and told them I didn’t have an appointment but was just trying to got home… the manager took a quick look, figured out that I lost an ignition coil and squeezed us in. We we’re back on the road in less than an hour. I offered to buy them some pizza by way of thanks but they just told us to get on home with the family…Extremely competent, caring and just nice people. If I lived closer, this would be my go to shop. Recommend Highly.

Came here to have my car's AC compressor looked at, as the AC is not blowing cold, and the gauge that came on the can of freon I bought at AutoZone said there was enough freon in the system. I was told, after an hour wait, that the compressor was fine and that the freon was 12 ounces low, so they topped it up. I was also informed that my AC system wasn't working at full capacity because the head pressure was too high, indicative of an obstruction that would need an appointment to fix. They did give a small discount on the service, which I happily paid and went about my day, confident that my AC would continue to blow cold for a bit while I save up to have it fixed properly. It didn't last more than 4 hours. My AC is now blowing the exact same as it did before I brought it here, and my wallet is $85 lighter because of a freon pumping monkey. I will be returning to either get my money back, or have it credited to a complete fix of my AC, and I will never come back. These mechanics are clearly more concerned about their bottom line and not the customer.

Originally came here to get my car inspected and was told to come back the following week because “their machines are down”. Needed my boyfriend to do something with my bulbs anyway, so he pulled my front bumper off and unplugged two things in his way to reach my bulbs. The next day, we forgot to plug those back in, one was for my ac, the other was for my blinkers. Mind you, my blinkers were working perfectly fine yesterday, all that needed to be done and all that was ASKED was for the plug to be plugged back in since I couldn’t reach it. I then see their one and only customer at the time drive off, and since they took my car back (why when they just had to plug something in, I have no idea) I’m standing here waiting for them to pull my car up next to do what was asked. Nope. Everybody sits down outside and starts playing on their phones. After a while, I finally went to the front and explained what was asked once more just for them to go outside and finally plug it in… right? Wrong again. A man comes back inside to tell me in a very hateful tone that nothing needed to be plugged back in and that my blinker was out, yet when I turned my blinkers on as soon as I pulled up, they looked at them and said they were working, and were confused about what I was asking them to do… I told them that I would just go buy a new bulb and take care of it and he looks at me like I’m an idiot and says they already took care of it… without my permission. So they basically stiffed me and charged me for work I did not give them permission to do. Last but not least, I’m turned away yet again to get my car inspected because “their machines are down”. Will never return because of how disrespectful and hateful done of their employees are for no reason, not to mention them taking advantage of a girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and just asked for help.

Great local company with really reasonable rates. For oil changes, they will have you in and out. Never waited longer then 1/2 an hour.

I was on my way to Austin when my car suddenly started to act weird. I was in a rush because I had to be in Austin at a certain time for work. I went to O’Riley and they told me I had to replace my mass air flow sensor and I had to do it alone. I was far from home and far from where I needed to be. They gave me a list of mechanic shops but all of them seemed closed but I so happened to come across Alvarado Express Lube. I didn’t realize I was in Alvarado, Texas since I had been driving for a while. Funny thing, my last name is Alvarado. Anyways, I wanted to see if someone could check my car and see if it was something else so I stopped here and everybody was so kind since the beginning. They were able to help me even though it was by appointment and helped me fix my car. My car has been running perfectly ever since. I was truly blessed to have stopped here and may God bless everyone who helped me. I was able to make it to Austin on time and with no problem and back home. The guy who helped me, I wish you all the best. May you receive that ten fold. Truly! I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would definitely come back here for any car care. Thank you for the amazing and kind experience.

My brother brought in my 2016 2.4L Kia for an oil change while he borrowed the car. It's finally time for another oil change(which I usually do myself) and found the wrong oil filter installed. I thought it was odd that I had to add a QUART AND A HALF of oil 2k miles before the interval, because my light flashed a couple times. I never imagined they could be this incompetent. Don't waste your money on their services.

Beau's shop was closed on the day of an ice storm--but he happened to be in the shop checking on things when I left a message on their machine. He called me back and got me connected to someone who could complete the repair and get me back on the road to my family. Recommend.
