My car broke down suddenly and Al’s got me fixed up in a few days! Communication as to what they found and what had to be done was phenomenal. I have my car back and a plan to get minor issues fixed to keep me on the road! 10/10 always going to Al’s!

A couple years back the engine in my Mustang blew up. Al's replaced the engine and clutch and they've been great. More recently, the clutch in my Wrangler JK went bad. They replaced the clutch and found a coolant leak at the head. All fixed, all good. I bring all my vehicle problems here. Thank you!

I had these guys do numerous things to my 20 year old truck that needed all kinds of stuff as far as maintainance is concerned. I had a list of things I knew needed done and some things I didn't know until they showed me me and explained what else needed attention. I do a lot of my own maintainable but for some things I leave to the pros. They have always treated me fair when it comes to pricing and have bailed both me and my wife out more than once when we broke down on the road and even did the repairs on the spot in some cases. These guys are top flight in my book and I always refer my friends to them when they need stuff done to their vehicles. A Plus Plus!

Before the major work was done on my 2002 f150 truck and agree on the cost. The technician step me through the finding and the work it needed. Erin and Richard were professional and knowledgeable when it comes F150. Outstanding service! First time using Al car care and glad I did. Overall, the staffs are friendly and great customer service. I called in to see if they could do a job on my rear differential where the fill plug has been stripped by a previous owner. Dianna said they could. Quoted me a price which was in line from another shops quote. Turned out to be an easier job then thought and charged me half of what the original quote was. The honesty will definitely have me going back. Thanks Al's team!

Diana is the best. I met her the second day I was in Idaho over 7 years ago and she was not only helpful, she actually listened to what my concerns were. Al’s Car Care is my go to repair shop. This visit they located issue with car, called and quoted repair price which was accurate and was a few dollars less than quoted. Also mentioned other potential issues that might arise for us to be aware of. We appreciate the openness of what needs to be done, what was done, as well as info for our safety going forward.

The mechanic did amazing work on our 24 year old excursion. The front desk was a great experience with knowledge, patience, honestly and even gave us a lower price than the original quote. I'm happy to report that there are still business with old school integrity.
