100/10 experience. Matt worked with me, listened to my engine problems, turned out all I needed was some oil but he took care of me and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Exemplary service - will be coming back here again!

We were fortunate enough to roll into this place when we got a flat tire on the highway. Matt saw us and waved us into the shop and he proceeded to fix the flat in no time. Great people, great service. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

The other day I had a flat tire and ended up stopping in front of their building so I called roadside assistance because the people there looked kinda busy but before roadside came 2 guys from Alpha came over and offered to help I thought that was so kind of them and I really appreciated it so thanks again to them for helping me

Alpha service center fixed the ac in my truck and put a rush on it being I was leaving state in a few days. Highly recommend their service!

Chris was amazing when it came to getting my car’s transmission looked at and taken care of. I was nervous at first because from what you hear dealerships services centers usually want nothing to do with a car after they got your money, but that was not the case here! Leslie was such a good mechanic!! She did extraordinary work on my car and went out of her way to bring me my car after she was done with it! She was so nice and didn’t disappoint. Body work done on my car was excellent. I would definitely recommend getting your car worked on by Leslie!

Purchased a car here that when I test drive I loved but noticed when I stepped on the brakes it would shake pretty bad so they promised to fix the issue if I still wanted it. They replaced my brakes which 100% fixed the problem as well as gave me two new front tires and did an oil change which I didn’t even expect but happy they did! Awesome job!
