I went in to replace my struts and shocks (suspension work). They had my suburban truck running smooth and back to normal in less than 3 hrs. I was very satisfied with the speed of the service, price, and the way I was treated. I will be coming back as it’s obvious that this is an honest and legit business. Thank you! Also, I don’t know what they were cooking but it smelled so good !

Alpha Auto Repair is amazingly efficient in performing task/ repairs with very fair prices & fast service. Henry is considerate, very honest man, a rarity in the field where you hardly can’t find a mechanic who will not rip you off especially when you’re a female! Where can you find alignment service for $80? The place is clean, courteous employees!

I went in this week to get some major repairs done on my car. Henry is amazing. He quoted me a reasonable price for the amount of work that was being done, he explained everything to me in detail, and was very transparent with me. I dropped my car off when they opened at 8:30 am and my car was ready to be picked up by 2:00 pm. Fast service, professional, and my car is up and running like new! I'm one happy camper to have found Alpha Auto Repair. First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back for any future needs my car has. Thanks again, Henry!!

Been coming here for decades now. Henry is the consummate professional. He'll give it to you straight, even if it's bad news. Always reasonable and never any pressure. He's always got several people waiting for his gates to open every morning. Henry always listens to what I am telling him when I explain what's wrong with my car. He finds the problem right away and calls me back with a reasonable quote and asks me if it's ok to move forward with the repairs or not. Never had any issues with him. Very kind and does the job quickly. Thank you.

The customer service agent or the dispatcher was too quick to determine If I was going to use their service or not, And I honestly feel like he situated me accordingly. Though he did provide me with a link to book an appointment (While "suggesting" that I should book an appointment ASAP if I want to get service today), I felt like I would have received a different level of customer service had he knew or felt for sure that I was going to use their service. Just my honest opinion.
