Great customer service! I took my car to multiple mechanics non of which seemed to be able to fix my car. I stumbled upon this shop and had a great experience and pricing was reasonable. I've now been driving my car for a week and everything seems fine. Definitely will be my go to mechanic.

The worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. First off the quote was 2000 to remove and replace 2 turbos, I provided the 2 replacement turbos,they also redid the oil pan gasket, 3 weeks later I got the car back and the price was 4600 dollars ok I did not even leave the shop yet and the car was leaking anti freeze all over the ground. So I wound up leaving the car there another week when I came back to get the car now it was leaking from the top of the brand new radiator I had replaced 2 months earlier( not by them). I took the car anyway just cause I could not trust anything they said they were gonna do anymore. I wound up replacing the radiator myself only to find out that the water pump was inop as well. Mind you the car was flawless when I brought it to alpha Auto all I wanted was to upgrade my turbos that's it. So not after all is said and done this fiasco cost me over 7000 dollars. These shade tree mechanics should not be allowed to clean a bathroom much less work on people's cars.

This gentleman who owns and operates Alpha Auto Center has been my lifeline for over 15 years. Not only is he knowledgeable when it comes to all types of vehicles, and an incredibly savvy businessman(why he’s been in business for so long), but most importantly an incredible human being. You won’t find someone more honest, communicative, but most importantly…..someone that listens and wants to get things fixed the right way without digging deep into your wallet.
