I am writing this post before I even have received my car back, but the customer service was so exceptional I felt the need to post. After dropping off my car and getting timely updates on its process, I went to pick it up late yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the tech had left for the day without telling his manager and left the job unfinished. The manager, upon discovering this, apologized profusely and asked me if I wanted to have him call the guy back in (it was5:30) or could I wait till tomorrow. Annoyed but understanding this happens, I told him I could wait. This morning I received a call from the owner apologizing again, knocking $300 off the price and genuinely sounding concerned that this happened. I am not a car guy and I have to assume they are fixing the problem with the car. I am a small business owner and know good customer service. Hiccups happen all the time, it is how you address them that matters.

Love the team at Stress Free! They’ve helped me twice when I was in a pinch and always ate super kind and informative about my car’s needs. I know they will be up front about what I need to stay safe or the roads without overselling things!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! George, Loren, and Brian are a solid team. I entered this location because my gas fuel cap and sunroof were both stuck. They provided fast, convenient service and my favorite thing about them is that they genuinely want to help people and are not motivated by money. Car ownership can be scary but they LITERALLY take the stress away from you. I'll gladly bring my car back here for service!

Stress-Free Auto lives up to its name! I loved the live updates via text—it made it so easy to ask questions and get quick responses. The detailed photos in the car report were super helpful and thorough. While I hope they add an after-hours pickup option soon, the overall experience was great.

Great experience overall. They were able to diagnose the issue of my car and provide an appropriate solution. They answered all my questions and gave me real time feedback on my car. They held onto my car for an extra day when I wasn’t able to pick it up and even offered me a complimentary uber ride on the day off dropping my car off. Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care!

We just dropped in spontaneously with our van after noticing a weird noise. They squeezed us in right away, fixed the issue in no time and saved our day. Nice people with fair prices!

Driving up from San Diego to Seattle and our radiator cracked outside of San Jose. Couldn't find anyone who could do it same day there but then we found Alouis Auto! Todd understood our situation, got the radiator ordered by the time we pulled in and was able to get it installed by end of the day. He even spent the time to show us a map of the area so we could take the kids to Golden Gate Park while we waited. Super efficient and Kind! He also made sure all other hoses were in shape BEFORE he made me replace them (the other shops suggested I replace all hoses and water pump), they were all still good to go. VERY TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC!

I've been going to Todd's shop for years to get my BMW fixed. Todd is a really honest guy. He never tries to charge you extra money. He also tells you if your car really needs to be fixed or not. One time, I took my car to Todd because another mechanic said I needed new brakes. But when Todd checked, he said my brakes were still good. I'm really glad I found Todd's shop. It's nice to have a reliable place nearby.

Todd & the gang were flexible with a crazy tow schedule, got my truck right in, written est. According to all available literature, fair prices for parts & labor. Everything was completed by the next day. Just one of those old school neighborhood garages that your dad went to for 20 years that you can’t find anymore. Well guess what? At least one still exists, and they fix Minis too, Gen Z😁!

Gotta hand it to Tod at Alouis Auto Radiator in San Francisco, CA—he's one honest mechanic. Transparency is his jam, which is a rare find these days, especially when some folks prioritize profit over everything else. Had a good chat with Tod, and he really put in the effort to sort out the AC problem in my Ford transit van. I'll give it a spin on some scorching days, but I've got a feeling he did a solid job. Although, gotta say, Tod wouldn't trade his adorable dog for my van. Kinda bummed about that! Just messing around, of course. Happy holidays to everyone!

I just stopped by Alouis Auto Radiator. I thought my 2017 Ford Expedition had AC heater blower issues, but luckily Todd found that it was just running out of water. He added water and it started working immediately. I am grateful for his skills, expertise, and knowledge that saved me time and money today. He didn’t even charge me for the service. I wrote another 5-star review on Google & Yelp about my Ford Transit van they fixed for me as well a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve used Todd for a few years, based on recommendation of a friend. Nothing but positive things to say about him and his team. Will not charge you for unnecessary work. Gives you all the information and you make the decision on what you think is best for you now. Everyone needs their “guy” when it comes to cars, and I’m glad that I found Todd.
