I’ve been going there for 30 yrs and have never had bad service. Sometimes they are so busy you have to accommodate them as much as they accommodate you. Absolutely the best team of tire and wheel technicians in the metro area.

Was customer for 15 years, now will never go back. Since Jack retired they don't stand behind their product. Have a tire with 7000 miles, 80% tread left on it. and is defective leaking through sidewall and was told it's my problem.

My son took my truck in to have them fix a flat tire. First the employee were 15 minutes late to work. Then they put my tire back on and just threw the spare tire in the back of the truck. When I called and asked why they didn't put the spare back under the truck, he got an attitude and said something about the roads being wet . not like they had to lay down on a wet road! The truck was already up on the lift, why not put the spare back on?

The car flashed low tire. It was freezing out but i thought i would save some money and air it up myself. After wasting $5 on gas stations air. ( they don't work when it's cold) i stopped in to Allstar Tire. 5 minutes later they had checked all 4 tires aired up the low one and were sending on my way. No charge. So i tipped the kid who checked them $ 7 . It was what i had left.

Dropped off car to repair slow leak in tire they found loose valve stem core and repaired at no cost they could have charged me full price but didn’t. Not many businesses with this kind of honesty and integrity any more 👍

I go in for new tires wait for 4 hours and pay 700 bucks then instantly one deflates and they say i must have ran something over even though i can feel the air escaping through the rim, Dont use them.

I went to have my tire looked at because it was low-- I had checked my PSI and it was around 28, so it seemed like a slow leak. So I sat and waited for 45 minutes or so, and finally the guy at the counter said they had fixed it and charged me $25. I went on my way, thinking it was fixed. The next day when I started driving, my tire indicator light came back on. I checked the pressure and it was around 12 PSI. Unfortunately, I was not close to Allstar, so I navigated to the nearest tire shop in Omaha. They checked the tire and showed me that Allstar had ruined my tire when putting it back on the wheel (see image.) I had to buy a new tire-- at the other shop, of course. Will not go back to Allstar.

I will never go back to this place again. When I called a few weeks ago they told me $236 for 3 tires all together including labor. When I went in there to get this done the guy working was telling me a different price that was almost $300. He was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. I then explained to him that when I was told that price was from another worker that works there who was not working this day and he stated “not my problem, he can do whatever he wants but he’s not working today so I don’t know what to tell you” I then proceeded to pay for these tires because I needed them. I told him that I will call back and speak to the manager on Tuesday as it is Labor Day and things will get figured out and straightened out the right way. A little while after I got home I noticed my tired were a lot smaller than what they were before, that’s because they were. They put the WRONG TIRES ON MY VEHICLE. Worst place ever

Not too many places do what they quote you and do a great job. I went in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get a new tire estimate and agreed to come in the following Tuesday for the job since they had to order in my tire size. Jesse said they open at 7:30 am and they work on the daily jobs first come, first served. I showed up right at 7:30, was second in line (they have two bays) and was out by 8:15 with my new tires installed at the quoted price. Excellent service. Thanks guys.

They’re a very honest company. They are also fast, efficient and cost effective. We have used them for the past 6 years and we take all of our vehicles, and trailers there for tires.

You walk in as a women and they tell you one price for a tire and then say it you have to change all 4 tires but a guy walks in and they tell him a different price that's way lower and just to get a tire fixed or replaced what a joke
