Allstar repaired our high-mileage Mercedes on short notice. It's running great (again) and the price was reasonable.

I recently bought this car, unfortunately the first day I had it. I had an issue alert on the dash. I contacted the person that sold me the vehicle and he told me, he uses all Statemotors in Edmond, so I took it to them to get it checked out, before I did that I looked it up the issue I thought it was, which was the Alternator was bad, and online in the state of Oklahoma it showed that would cost around 950 to 1050 to get it fixed. It was already at the shop and it needed to be repaired so my hands were kind of tied with paying their price at 1546.00, I have a full-time job and a business so I’m really busy. It’s hard to run around town to shop around for a cheaper price. It seems like the car was fixed, but I had some issues with the Customer Service when I was checking out, he was really unprofessional when I mentioned that my valve stem covers from my tires were missing, he automatically went to. He has two mechanics. He worked with for years and they wouldn’t take them, he however did make an effort to to look for some, however he did not have any. you would think they would have some extra covers in a automotive shop. He didn’t have any, and he made no every at all to order some. The car was parked out in the parking lot,All night and was not put up be hide their shop gate, so anyone could’ve taken them. I paid $1546.00 to have the vehicle fixed, and 500 over what it should’ve cost to fix it, and they couldn’t even complete putting the starter button back on as well as other things on the vehicle to make sure everything was operational and intact as the vehicle was brought to their shop. I don’t know that I would use allstar motors again, because they are overpriced., the Customer Service wasn’t good at all, and they didn’t complete all the job duties that needed to be done. If your going to over charge your customers, one that’s wrong and unethical. Two You should do everything in your power to have amazing customer service and you complete the job task to make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition When it leaves your shop. It’s a big factor of why I would not use allstar motors, in Edmond. If you want a great price, this is not the place, if you want sub pare service on your vehicles, this isn’t the place, if want poor customer service this is your place, and if you want things taken off your vehicle and missing from your vehicle and then not replacing it, this is your place. Update to my review, I never received any comments back from the management team, apologizing, or checking in with me, trying to make things right. As a customer and a supporter of small businesses and a small business owner myself I feel it’s very important to always make an effort, and when you see people not making efforts, I think as customers we should make efforts to help them with their businesses they obviously don’t care about their customers or they pick and choose who they want to be their customers and to me that’s not how we are as Oklahoma’s we need to support our small businesses but we need to support businesses who care about their customers. I don’t think this one is one of them.. I paid a lot of money for the service that I did. I was actually overcharged after talking to other dealerships. This was recommended by the recent owner of my vehicle because they deal with this shop before I never dealt with them before, but I did think as a business owner, they would reach out to me and they never did shows how they feel about their customers who support their livelihood. Sad really.

The staff at Allstar are top notch! We were traveling through when the A/C in our car let us down in 100° heat. They worked us in without an appointment and got us back on the road in short order. We appreciate the fantastic customer service and friendliness that they provided for us!!

Trusted Mechanics specializes Mercedes-Benz. Exceptional service everytime my cars needed a service. Kirk is very knowledgeable on the repairs I needed done or any maintenance of the car. Very friendly environment. Highly Recommended to anyone who owned Mercedes-Benz.

All star motors always takes care of my wife and I when we bring our cars in for service. They have had several opportunities to rip us off or gauge us and never do. They are honest, stand behind their work and very friendly. They communicate well and usually get us in and out the same day. I would highly recommend them for service on your mbz.

They did a very good job on my 2004 MB years ago. I will be taking my newer MB for its first scheduled maintenance. The prices seem fair.

Was not pleased with the prices at all ,, might as well go to the dealership !!! Probably get a better job anyway !! Did not act like I was a paying customer,, like I don't know what's wrong with my car ! Don't trust them will never go back !!!

These guys are amazing. I went out of town and had have my car dropped off by my coworkers and they were super accommodating. The repairs for my AC were super quick and reasonably priced for my ‘99 E320. Will definitely be back for some more work!

best place me and my coworkers have found to get our Mercedes sprinters repaired and maintained at. If you work for a company that uses Mercedes sprinters as delivery vehicles this is the place you want to go to to get them fixed. 95% of the time they usually have same-day turnaround depending on how busy they are.

I had a great experience with Allstar. Kirk was very helpful and checked in with me periodically to let me know what is going on. My car was in bad shape when I took it in, and now it runs like new thanks to Matt and the team! Strongly recommend!
