Work itself was decent. But be warned, get a written quote with photos. Document everything. I did, then showed up anonymously just the next day. Guy thought I didn’t know the cost for a minor bend repair and charged 200. When I said the quote was 150 and the work did not differ at all, he claimed I was lying. I confronted him with the written quote, he pretended to go talk to someone (I watched and he didn’t talk to anyone), and came back with the $150 on the tablet, changing the subject to my cologne. You’ve been warned.

I just returned from a fantastic experience with Michael at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Jacksonville, FL. I had a vibration on the steering wheel of my 2024 BMW M850i xDrive that turned out to be a slightly bent left front wheel (pot hole maybe). The two local wheel repair "specialists" in Tallahassee, FL told me the wheel could only be fixed if it had visual damage. A wheel like mine that "looked" perfect but showed as out-of-round while spinning on a wheel balancer can not be repaired. I bought a new BMW wheel and the car is perfect again, but I still had this slightly bent wheel. After searching the internet for highly rated wheel repair specialists I found ALLOY WHEEL REPAIR SPECIALISTS with multiple locations. I was told to contact Negasi at AWRS in Jacksonville, FL 2 1/2 hours away. I was able to make an appointment to have the wheel evaluated, and if possible repaired while I waited. When I arrived Michael was there with a big smile, took my wheel to the balancing machine and confirmed what I already knew, that the wheel was bent / out of round. The big difference is that he told me he could make it like new again. Barely 1 hour later Michael takes me back out to the balancing machine to show me my wheel spinning smoothly and true. He even touched up the black paint on the inside flange! The cost was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding! Well worth my 5 hour round trip drive. I will happily do the trip again if any of my vehicle wheels need this service. Very Highly Recommended. Sandy J.

As a business owner and myself, I can tell this guy definitely doesn’t know how to answer the phone properly. He was a bit arrogant asked me to send pictures of the rims. Which I did. It’s been a week and so far no response. Or either they’re too busy where they can pick and choose jobs or this is just a bad business.

Very good work repairing my bent wheel. Wheel balanced perfectly. I took a star off due to the difficulty of understanding the manager/owner. He has a very very strong Caribbean island accent which made it impossible to understand. They also closed 1 hour before they were supposed to so I was unable yo pick up my wheel same day. I blame that mostly on our inability to communicate clearly.

This place is great! Service is top notch. Came to them with a single dent to the outside of my rim, when they removed it, they found 2 more on the interior. Fixed them all for a good price. If you hit a pothole and dent your rim, this is the place to get it fixed!!!

I had a bad rim and they fixed it ! There was still a shake and TK stayed after hours to help me discover I had a bad tire that was warped and the wire was showing, so it could’ve blown any moment. He hooked me up with a new tire and the car was running like new afterwards. Thankful because it could have been way worse had they not taken the extra time to check for me. Shoutout TK, great guy

They are excellent and have the quickest turn around! I dropped off my tire in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. It was fair priced too and they did an excellent job!! My rim looks brand new like nothing happened to it! Highly recommend these hard working guys! No job is too much or too little for them. 10/10 recommend!

If you're looking for fast friendly service this is the place to go. I dropped my tire off and was told I could pick it up in an hour. The repair is perfect. Absolutely no vibration or shake in the tire. I am very pleased and would definately use them again.

Stopped by thinking I would just get an estimate and then have to make an appt. TK came out an looked at it. Gave me a quick estimate an then said if I had 45 min he would personally get it taken care of. Everyone there were professional. They came into the AC area I was waited an made sure I knew where the restrooms were an offered cold water (it’s a really hot day here) Thanks to TK an all the other staff there. They took care of me quickly an I was on my way!

Outstanding service. Had a BMW wheel with very noticable curb rash on it. Quick response w/ resonable quote from team. (Other area services either did not respond or wanted me to coordinate a future on-site to review/quote for even later repairs.) Easily coordinated a while-waiting service. Completely fixed the curb rash in under 1.5 hours and the wheel looks like new. The crew jumped on my car within 5 min of my arriving. Great Service - Strongly recommend!! Kudos to Negasi and the whole team there!!

The worst kind of customer service I have ever experienced over phone. They couldn't wait until I finished my question, hung up and kept rejecting the calls. I was just asking if they are still charging the same for wheel repair as they mention on the website which is 125$, he said no and hung up. I wouldn't even bother calling them again!

Great experience, dropped off a 22” gmc Denali rim that had two bends. They fixed it perfectly. Can’t even tell there was a bend and no more bouncing when driving. Great price and a timely fix of only a few hours. Would highly recommend

Had a cracked wheel repaired at this shop on 4/17/23. Same wheel cracked in the exact same location of the weld 7/9/23, while traveling. Had to leave my car in Montgomery, AL. Couldn't get it repaired and the chevrolet dealership service department closed at 3pm, could not order a new wheel. Piss poor quality workmanship. I called the shop to see about getting a rim repaired, left a message since no one picked up and even suggested sending pictures so I wouldn't drive an hour to find out they can't do it. Well I get a call back 2 minutes later, got asked my rim size and if the cracks were on the inside or outside, they say they can fix it and quote me a price. I show up to find out they can't fix it because of the direction of the cracks. So essentially wasted 2 hours of my day to get nothing done because of lack of detailed questioning. I'm glad they didn't take my money and run but they could at least ask more questions so people don't waste their time. My suggestion is to ask as many question as possible since they won't.

I had some cosmetic wheel damage caused by a tire shop on my BMW X5. Alloy Wheel did a great job repairing this. Fast and easy, dropped car in the morning and it was ready late same day. A great shop like this is hard to find.

They did a great job on my Mercedes Wheels they look like brand new when they finish them I took both my front ones in because I thought they were both of them and they were very honest and told me only one of them were done they repaired it and made them both look good save me some money and balance the tires for free which was a very nice gesture especially on the day that I took them how busy they were I would recommend money to anyone who needs their rims fixed and I'm actually calling them today to get another set for my other Mercedes fixed up

Went there cause I needed a rim switched out and I know there say they only repair them but the guys there took me right in and switched my bad rim for the new one and did it cheaper than the rip off king Tire Kingdom thanks again Alloy Wheel Repair!

Wheel repair barely lasted 30 days and they wanted to charge me again to fix bad work. On top of that I believe employee pocketed the money.
