Don't waste you time to bring your car here. I have my car here for 6 hrs to do a simple alignment. Get there after 6 hrs and car is still not started. The guy start giving all reasons. Save time go to another place for your car needs

Went in to have my tires air nozzle replaced and left without paying a dime these guys are awesome, and so far the only company that’s actually changed my air nozzle and fixed it

After a brief hunt for a location to perform an oil change the same day, we sought a deal through Groupon to avoid pricing near $90+, and made an appointment. The staff was friendly, when we arrived for the appointment, and asked if we could return in an hour (30 minutes before they closed). We returned and work began on the car. In the end, an hour later, despite having paid for the oil change on Groupon, an additional $30+ was required for additional oil. THERE WAS NO SAVINGS and this didn’t make me happy, at all. We could have gone to any number of shops that would take us that day., but chose this shop for THE SAVINGS, and the availability. I do not want to believe the man wanted to get his full price, so he charged it because it might simply have something to do with the fine print? At any rate I feel cheated, honestly.

Honestly used to come here get my cars serviced all the time, When they'd had better management!!. Called spoke with Silvano said he could get me in for service before closing. Rushed over there and he told me he couldn't. Drove out there for nothing waste of time.Just be honest. Still tried to make an appointment to get it service, he had quote me $99 for full synthetic oil change. Then change the price $130 plus.Pulled a bait and switch!! Honesty goes a long way just be Honest. Needs better Management!!.

Silvano is absolutely the best! He’s very kind, professional, and does AMAZING work. Allen tire has been able to fix all my vehicle needs whether it be a service, oil change, flat tire, new battery, alignment,.. you name it, he can fix it! I recommend them to everyone. They’re best and affordable too!

Used to be great...not anymore. Bought 4 new tires for $650.00. When paying (using cash) I was told $651.00. Then told he has no change so instead of honoring the amount I was told in the first place he kept my 9 dollars change. Got home and all my tires were missing the caps. Bad shady business.

Tried to sell me tires after "visually" inspecting my wife's Jeep Wrangler. I took my wife's Jeep to a second tire shop and then to the Jeep Service Dealer and both of the latter two agreed it was in need of a wheel alignment and two front shocks. Would not recommend them even for putting air in your tires. Nope!

I was charged $276 for them to just put tires that I bought elsewhere on my car. Not worth it . More than 50 dollars a tire and no warranty to it NOTHING . Watch out when purchasing anything here. I'd say look around for better prices . I paid just as much as I would have paid to get NEW TIRES and the installation at any other location it would have been anywhere from 250 to 600 bucks depending on what tired you choose . Don't get bamboozled like I did . Walmart has better prices

Called to make sure they where open for me to get an alignment. They said yeah come in. I get here and the guy tells me he can’t do it. So they just waisted my time and gas. Great business tactic
