Had to change my tire 5min away and realized it was patchable, so i contacted them and they were so kind and allowed me to bring in my vehicle and tire to get patched and it was done within 30min. Might actually be the best experience ive had with any car service or service in general. Thank you so much to Louie and everyone involved!

this is my second time coming here, he has really good prices and overall a personable character. he changed and fixed a tire same day as well as my oil change. 10/10 definitely recommend and if need be, would come back!

I came in for 4 new tires since 1 had blown on the freeway and the others weren't safe. The manager Justin was kind and very helpful, helping me to decide which tires were best for my Atlas CrossSport and stay within my price range. He and the other tech were quick and efficient with getting me and my little ones back on the road before I had to get to work. How the shop runs with only 2 people is beyond me, but they were very nice while running around, working on cars; I heard nothing but positive reviews from the other customers that we encountered as well...Give these guys a raise! Edit: They worked the manager so much he had to leave in an ambulance. Won't ever return.

It's hard to find places like this anymore. Very honest and fair. I'll definitely be coming back again especially if you need an alignment. It's very refreshing to work with a business that has morals.

The customer service here is the best you can get especially in this field. This store is down the street from my work and every time I've come here for air for my tires the guys are always extremely helpful & friendly. But this time I'm here for an emergency tire and I cannot rave enough about Ralph, I am so very grateful that he understood the urgency and that I had to get back to work. He ordered the tire and informed me that the tire would be here by 4 or 5 today, and it was. I came after work and tire is being installed now. Ralph, I thank you SO very much for your patience with me and for helping me out today. I didn't pay an arm and a leg for a tire and he knew my budget and he delivered. I will always recommend this place and I will be coming back for the other tires that I'm sure I'll need soon! Super grateful & beyond happy with my experience here.

I have been going to this store for the past 30 years, there used to be a manager there in the name of "Keith", he was running the place and the service was great, honest prices, good service, and very friendly. I was going there for new tires , shocks, oil change, and brakes. I went there recently, and was very disappointed, Keith no longer works there! all their employees have changed, its like it is a different company now. The service was very disappointing, and all I was getting was the run around for my car 4 tires rotation which I purchased there a year ago, it seems that they are not interested in doing tire rotation any longer! Bring back KEITH!

I made a last minute appointment and was surprised to have the car back and fixed the same day. Justin goes above and beyond to make sure my car is running properly and safely. Justin is the reason I go out of my way to get my car serviced at this location. It is increasingly rare to find an honest mechanic. I trust Justin w mine and my family’s safety and he’s never let me down. Because of Justin I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Going into shops can be intimidating for me as i’m not very knowledgeable but Justin was so kind, explained everything to me with patience and sympathy. He did a wonderful job with my brakes and stayed over to make sure I had something safe to drive off with because he genuinely cares about the work he does. Him alone made this one of my best shop experiences so far. Thank you again

This place is great, and I am particularly impressed with the employee at the front desk, Justin. I won't go into details, but there was a completely unruly, aggressive, and rude customer that wouldn't stop yelling at Justin. Justin kept his cool the whole time and politely (and repeatedly) answered the customer's questions, trying to calm him down. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism during the tense situation. On top of that, once that situation calmed down and he helped me, he was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I will definitely be going to this Allen Tire for all my future tire needs.
