Just picked up my Jeep from Mike and the team at all Terrain, and I couldn’t be happier! I had cylinder misfires on cylinder one and two, and was worried that meant my vehicle was cooked… but Mike and his team came through and fixed me right up! Now she drives like she’s brand new! I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on for service. Their prices are reasonable and they do quick work. Vehicle was dropped off to them @ around 2pm 2/5, and it was ready to be picked up by 2:30pm the following day on 2/6! 🙌 hands down the best around! And their work and parts are warrantied! Love it! Thank you guys so much ❤️

First time at All Terrain Auto. I called about a service I needed, they quoted about the same as other auto repair shops for an oil cooler. I took it to them because on the phone they easily explained the common issues and best options for repair, and it was obvious that they have done this repair. In person they are very friendly and professional. They did the job for what was quoted and completed on the day they said. Seems to be a top tier repair shop. Nice work thanks!

All Terrain Auto Care was a lifesaver! I was on the road with my 2021 Bronco, running 255/85R17 MT Baja Boss A/Ts, and had an issue with my rear tires. They not only found two of these hard-to-get tires but had them in the shop and me back on the road in under 3 hours. The team was super professional, efficient, and great to work with. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fast, reliable service!

All Terrain Auto wins again!! My truck had a check engine light come on and wouldn't start. I took it to All Terrain Auto and in less than 24 hours I was back on the road with a new battery and oil pressure sensor installed. Thanks again All Terrain Auto!!!

Great customer service! Very respectful and patient. They did great work to repair my vehicle in a timely manner also mounted and balanced my 24in wheels with 37in tires perfectly also without damaging my wheels. We will definitely bring all our trucks and Jeeps here from now on.

From start to finish All-terrain was incredibly professional. I brought my Subaru Forrester in for front end of work and ending up. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Damon at All-Terrain Auto Care. I pulled into their shop with no appointment to have a turn signal bulb replaced. Not safe to drive in downtown Knoxville without a turn signal. They took my van right in and replace the bulb and I was back to work in no time. Really appreciate that service. They get five stars from me!

Major Kudos to Damon and the team at All Terrain! My 2017 JKU had some serious gearing issues. Damon did a phenomenal job keeping me updated on the findings and costs from the PRO that diagnosed and serviced my jeep. Their pricing is very reasonable but most importantly, their work is SECOND TO NONE!! My jeep feels like brand new again. I commend the entire staff at All Terrain and highly recommend them without any reservations. I've used another so called jeep repair shop in Knoxville that claimed to be "customz" and was highly disappointed. If you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, go to All Terrain. You're taking your chances anywhere else. Thanks Damon and All Terrain! You guys ROCK!!!

This is twice now , that I've gotten both times great service on my Jeep! I had them replace all my bushings that had dry rotted, and they just did my engine, replaced all my lifters and found a cam needed replaced that had a flat lobe. They recommended replacement of the oil filter system, which I'm glad I did as they've had experienced fixing those jeep related repairs before... All in all I got great service both times , and they did the work faster than I expected which was also great because most places would take weeks to do, but they got to work right away on it, and I'm very happy with the work they've done✔️

I am new to the area and looked at this place to service my 2016 Rave-4. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I went in made an appointment for the next day and waited for my car. In the hour I sat in the waiting room, many people came through the doors and called on the phone. Every encounter was professional and to the point. The shop is very clean and so are the people. They checked the whole car out and gave me a report, two items needed to be addressed a cabin filter and a rear wiper blade needed replacement. All done at a very reasonable cost. I was completely impressed and will return and recommend All Terrain Auto Care. Thanks for the great service Mike.

I’ve always brought my jeep here, before they became All-Terrain. These folks know their stuff, and if you’re a Jeep owner, well, IYKYK. I’ve had lots of work done on my vehicle & always been happy with the quality of work & communication. It ain’t cheap, but I know when I leave, the work is done right. ✌🏽

Mike and the team at All Terrain were very professional and let me know what was going on as they worked on my truck. They informed me when they ran into issues and how best to resolve them. They let me know when the work was complete and worked with me to complete the payment and pick up my vehicle. I will return to All Terrain for all of my automotive needs in the future. I highly recommend these guys for your lifted vehicle needs and other automotive work as well.

Took my 2021 lifted Wrangler in due to the death wobble and also had a strange rattling in the rear. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the front suspension and steering issues. However when it came to the rear they stated on the invoice, "Upon inspection with the vehicle on lift, was able to confirm that the rattling noise coming from the rear was due to a loose rear sway bar end link bolt, tightened bolts, no further rattling noises from rear at test time." BUT after driving a second time the rattle was back, which led them to believe it was my plastic hitch cover so they removed it but did not confirm it was fixed. In addition to these actions they balanced all 4 wheels/tires and did a 4 wheel alignment. Total charges for these activities was: $119+$60+$142.25 = $321.25 After picking up the Jeep, I realized the rattle was still there and not addressed. I pulled off the right rear tire/wheel to see where the rattle was coming from to find that the bolt that secures the top of the strut to the frame was completely missing. The rattle was the strut hitting off of the frame at each little bump of pothole. I called Mike before Thanksgiving and left a message and have yet to hear back from them. Disappointed that I paid to have this addressed and cannot understand after inspecting the rear suspension, removing the tires/wheels for balancing, and doing an alignment this was not found. First time going to All Terrain, I didn't have a good feeling using them to begin with, gave them a chance to win my future business, won't be returning.
