My daughter was 3 hrs away from home with her daughter at Riley hospital. She had a flat tire and was stranded. I,her father, was also 3 hrs away. I prayed for a place to help her and these great people were the first ones I called. I couldn't have been treated any better! The professionalism and courtesy i received was 2nd to none! They got her in very quickly and got her fixed up in no time and got her on her way at a very reasonable cost ! Then a few weeks later her battery went bad. It took a quick phone call and once again they came to my daughters rescue! They got her right in,got a new battery installed, and got her on her way to be with her daughter. I couldn't have been happier with the service and care that was given! I was a Ford service manager for 37 years and could take lessons from this fine group. They restored my faith in honest,trustworthy people who helped me more than they'll ever know. Thanks so much again to all of you. God bless you all !!!

My car blew a tire and I had it towed here. They fixed the tire and told me I needed a total brake replacement of all components that would cost $2,600. When I told them I would take it elsewhere to get a quote they told me it was dangerous to drive and they didn’t feel comfortable with me taking it. I ignored their advice and the dealership charged me only $1,000 and all that was needed were some break pads and two new rotors. They also charged me for a battery cleaning which they didn’t complete. They didn’t wipe down the interior of the car when they were done so black oil and grease were left all over my wheel and leather interior. They also tried to tell me I needed new brake fluid when I had it topped off just three months earlier. If you know exactly what is needed and this is your closest option downtown you will be fine. However don’t listen to their upsells and don’t accept any of their additional services. If you’re unsure of what the issue is do not take your car here, they will lie to you to milk as much money out of you as they can.

Told me I needed a new wheel and tire. Not so said the second place I went - where they fixed it for no charge. Beware!!! I gave them 2 stars because at least they gave me a decent used tire, but I would avoid this place.

I waited a while to post this in order to deal with these people and see if they would make things right but after my fourth visit dealing with issues on very standard work I feel other people should really know that these guys do poor work, charge an arm and a leg, and really take any chance to skirt responsibility and to avoid making restitution. I'm still dealing with these guys and hope they will make things right but at this point I highly doubt it, I will be glad to update if things turn out better though. Other shops will do far more consistent and affordable work in my experience as demonstrated in the receipt and other shop quote shown below. Be sure to mind the $80+ diagnostic fee and $50 processing fee. At this point in my mind: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First visit: came to them as an emergency because they were on AAA and my alternator went out. I was having power steering issues and asked them to diagnose and fix while it was in as well. - Immediately after picking up, my car starts overheating and I nearly had to get a tow because they LEFT THE WIRING HARNESSES UNPLUGGED after changing the alternator which left my fans and some other electronics non-functional where I needed to get 3-4 jumps between getting back home and back to the shop the next day. Second visit: I brought the car in to get the harnesses put back together Third visit: after having the power steering hose / pressure switch changed my power steering was making a huge amount of noise and after a few days the power steering fluid was still leaking. I brought it in to see what we could do. They shirked any real responsibility (for that as well as the wiring harness SNAFU) and said it was probably a manufacturer issue. I expressed how upset I was to have two major issues after paying top dollar for these repairs and the owner basically said I should be thanking them for the time it took to fix their own mistakes as well as a new hose and of course the free power steering fluid (~$5 or less last time I checked...). I told them that this is ridiculous and I would like some sort of restitution. The owner hemmed and hawed forever and then told me to bring a quote from another shop and we could talk. Fourth visit: Power steering is still extremely loud and leaking. I brought in a quote for $500 less and surprise - the owner "is extremely busy" and doesn't have time to talk and will call me "sometime this week". The tech at the desk also said there is no chance they will give any concessions for all the trouble this has caused and they would need at least 2-3 quotes (I don't know what for I guess, but very convenient that after I bring a quote in, now suddenly they need two more). We will see if the owner takes time out of his busy schedule to call the shop I got a quote from or call me back. It seems he has plenty of time to respond to all his other one star reviews though.

My car battery was shot, and the workers were gracious enough to let me borrow their tools in order to remove my own. The entire process was very smooth, and I appreciate how helpful they were throughout.

Very nice and friendly customer service. However I called and requested a specific tire. Chris advised me against the tires I requested which are also the ones that come On my vehicle. The price was $600.00 more than what I asked for which were the manufacturer installed tires. I was referred but this wasn’t the type of referral that was helpful. I was able to source the tires and have them installed and was under 1000. I was quoted 1690.

Have brought all our family vehicles here for 8 years now. The staff is great, they explain things well, do great work, fair pricing, and do not replace parts unnecessarily. I recommend them to anyone who listens.

It's so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust. This, sadly, is not one of them. I brought my car in for service and immediately saw issues when leaving. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Customer beware.

Chris was a lifesaver. He fixed my daughters car in days verses the 4 weeks that the Honda dealership Penske said it would take just to see the car. I found him through AAA and he is downtown Indy close to my daughters apartment. The entire process was seamless and Chris delivered! Great find!
