Yep! It's ALL GOOD! In fact they are Better than Good! Every time I call and drop off is such an easy and pleasant experience. Recently I had a headlight out, and they replaced it. (One of those extremely hard to get to bulbs also!) For some reason the bulb went out in a day or 2. But they were on it and warranted their work and also took the time to examine anything that could have led to the bulb going out so quickly. Their prices are also very reasonable! I called around to places to get a synthetic oil change and they were $20 cheaper than 3 other places. I highly recommend them!

After bad and expensive experiences with oil changes at Valvoline and Midas, I wanted to try local for the first time. These guys came up highly recommended by RVA Reddit. I had to leave my car for a day, but I was charged about 50% less than the big corporations and they threw in a state inspection for $20. The dude at the counter was also super nice. I will definitely be going here more!

Could not recommend Chris and All Good Automotive more. Took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for inspection and everything was honest and easy start to finish. I was so happy with the service I immediately scheduled another appointment to get some recommended services done after he gave me a fair quote. Highly recommend this place!

Chris, Robert, and their team at All Good are trustworthy, transparent, and working with them have been the best car repair experiences I've encountered yet. On two separate occasions I have had been in bad situations and All Good has helped me quickly and with care. They have very fair pricing (among the best labor rates I've ever seen) and provide reliable quotes before you confirm the repairs. In the first instance, my car's electronic controls stopped working to the point my car wouldn't even turn on. Thankfully I was within walking distance to All Good's shop. I called them and Chris literally ran to my car with a mobile battery to jump my car, and we cautiously moved it to the shop. It turned out the alternator needed replacing. They took the time to teach me about the alternator and it's impact on my car. Chris was able to replace it and finish the installation quickly and at a fair price. Most recently, my car was part of a mass break in. I brought my car to Chris for an assessment during which he confirmed we just needed to replace the window glass - rather than trying to upsell on other unnecessary parts. All Good allowed me to order a replacement window offline and have it delivered directly to the shop. Chris was upfront that the shop was extremely busy with previously set appointments and wouldn't be able to get me in for a couple weeks. I ended up dropping the car off after a few days with the hope they could get to the car earlier than expected. To my surprise, All Good was able to finish the repair on the same day. All Good will be the only shop I go to in the Richmond area and I would recommend them to you as well.

I contacted through the website and I received an immediate response on availability and cost if replacing a head light. Upon arrival we were helped right away and headlight fixed within minutes! Highly recommend and will be coming back for further repairs!

Updated review: We are so blessed by having this HONEST service in our neighborhood. How many honest auto mechanics have you encountered? Chris is such a great professional in his work. Over the years I was bringing my cars to this shop over and over again they always provide prompt service without any overcharges (like many others do). Highly recommended!!! Previous review (2 years ago): It is very hard to find an honest auto mechanic, but I found Chris at All Good Automotive II! I was ready to pay for the service, but Chris examined the car and told me it was in a good shape and no extra expense was needed. All that with a very friendly and professional smile. Much appreciated!

All good Automotive is a very appropriate name for this shop and the people who work there, because vehicle repair isn't the only thing they do good, it's all good. I bought a used vehicle in Richmond but live in Maryland, I knew I needed to get this vehicle inspected before trying to drive home due to its age and a known fuel leak. The owner I bought it from gave me a few shop recommendations and after reading the sincere delight of customer reviews my gut told me to take it here. Unfortunately I didn't listen and took it to a closer shop and paid the price, about the only good thing they did for me was agree to tow it to Chris and the guys at All Good Automotive 2. I spoke with Chris about the fuel leak and front brakes at minimum needing to be done so I could safely drive home. Because of my last experience I said I needed a realistic timeframe for the repairs. Chris said without hesitation 10-14 days minimum. He also sincerely talked about other cost effective options and whether I could afford to invest in the repairs for an older vehicle. I appreciated his honesty and explained it wasn't to be a daily driven only used for utility. All of our conversations were transparent and to the point but friendly, he seemed legitimately concerned like talking to a friend, wanting my best interests taken care of. His integrity and honest communication made me feel looked out for and that's the kind of person I want to give my business and money to. The repairs were made well, I made it home safely and I would recommend anyone let Chris, his staff and All Good Automotive 2 be their first choice for all your vehicle needs!

Called this morning about a flat tire and they were able to fit me in right away! The tire was repaired in under 10 minutes. Chris was kind and professional. The service price was very affordable compared to other shops called. 10/10, would definitely return and recommend to others.

Recent Update: Had a popped tire and drove over on a spare. They were able to get me a new tire - in and out in an hour. 10/10! Requested a quote on their website about my car not starting and they got back to me the next day, sent someone over a few hours later, and helped jump start my car free of charge :) Quick, responsive, and easy. Will definitely call them for future car maintenance

Came here had an issue with my car after last mechanic did an incomplete job. They took care of me, I don’t know these people but they made me feel welcomed. They told me when they could get me in a week from then. Made the appointment, they fixed the issue I needed quickly. Prices fairly. Also once your vehicle is ready for pick up they send you a text with a link to the invoice so you know exactly what you’re being charged for, I love this feature.

I highly recommend Allgoods Automotive. My daughter was referred to go there about month ago. Chris was very professional, honest and reasonably priced. I appreciated that he was thorough with her and didn't take advantage of youth. I also recently went to use him myself for the first time and again he was very professional and honest.
