Best customer service experience ever! They're thorough and honest. They stay in communication throughout the entire process. Knowledgeable, professional, genuine . Best repair shop I've ever encountered. Don't think twice, call Kris for all of your auto body repair needs. My only regret is not going to them sooner!!

Good experience a little pricey but so far no oil leaks. only issue they left the oil latch open. I'll go back and have them fix it. see it on the bottom

The guys at All European provided one of the best experiences I have had at a repair shop. They were knowledgeable and transparent every step of the repair and worked tirelessly with my warranty company to get me the best price possible. I would highly recommend All European. I brought a Land Rover in for a pre purchase inspection. They were very methodical and detailed in their report. I felt that they very knowledgeable and went over the entire report with me. This was a big deciding factor in purchasing this vehicle band helped to give me more negotiating power.

If you're a "you get what you paid for" type of person, you're in the right place. If you own a European car, this is the place to be. You don't rush perfection, and that's the motto here. You're entrusting your vehicle with the best mechanics in town, so be patient and rest assured that your vehicle is in good hands. From initial diagnostic followed by a thorough report of all the findings, Johnny did a phoneomenal job at keeping me posted with the findings. Receiving an entire report with photos to back up the extend or the repairs is how you knoe the right people are working on your car. I would recommend this shop to any European vehicle owner! Don't waste your time at the dealer, bring your vehicle to All European!

This is the best by far automotive shop in Las Vegas. A day after Xmas and my car blows up with my 87 year old mother in it . Chad put me back on the road in one day after finding parts for my 2006 Mercedes which nobody else would even answer their phones he was the man. I can’t say enough about Chad and his crew except thank you again for caring about not just fixing my car but about caring about the customer. Not a five star shop a ten star shop

Work was diagnosed and completed quickly. They even made me aware of other things I needed. They washed my vehicle as well. A friend recommended this place and they did not disappoint. They will be doing all repairs to my Mercedes moving forward.

As a first-time customer I'll say it's unlikely I'll ever take my Rover anywhere else. This was the most professionally managed experience I've ever had with auto service, and a bonus of an "extra effort" to get my extended warranty company to cover something they were reluctant to. JW

Great Place Guys Service. Chris and the boys give me reality feed back rather than just big stick invoices for questionable services I've received elsewhere. In an industry that's full of crooks and dishonest mechanics these guys are a breath of fresh air. Especially Chad who was very informative on some choices that I needed to make about my aging vehicle. I never once felt like they were just out to get money in fact I left all European Motors with the exact amount of money I came in with LOL these guys rock. Respect

I was very pleased with All European Auto Repair. I found out about them by doing a google search and have seen where others were pleased with work performed there, and also their good ratings. I called and spoke to Kris and as busy as they were, he allowed me to take my car in without having to make an appointment. He acted very polite and professionally. Excellent customer service, very friendly and pleasant, going above and beyond identifying problems with my vehicle issues. They took the initiative to analyze the problems and were able to resolve it in a short period of time. I would recommend All European to anyone who is looking for excellent, reliable and friendly services. Wow!! I have even forgotten to mention how they washed my car and checked for other issues.

2 years of issues were there was a struggle to find what was exactly wrong with my Range Rover ultimately led to a failure of a lesser known part in the engine. Looked up All European Auto Repair and they quickly diagnosed the issue and any non-related issues. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront. They provided a detailed quote in writing and explained to me to scope of work. Once approved they quickly made the repairs at a fair cost, and now my car is back on the road and running like new. Thank you!

Don’t expect this place to last long with his rudeness. They just lie say one thing do another . Owner must think business operates on him doesn’t value business or customers they don’t know what their doing to be considered European work shop . Falsifies claims through insurance to benefit them . BBB is investigating my claim will update

Great very professional and great service. Very fair price and my car runs like I just drove it off the showroom. My vehicle is a 2010 Mercedes E350. There is no other place that would let touch my car. I can not say enough good things about there service and expertise. They acknowledge the problem and repair fix that only.. What an amazing place! I’m surely not taking my car back to the dealership, after an awful experience at Mercedes Benz I researched a reputable mechanic and found All European auto repair. Decided to give it a shot, and boy was I glad! Impeccable service, follow up every step of the way, detailed inspection and report, affordable price! Surely going back and referring to friends!
