They are reliable and honest about their work I am new in the area of Mesa I talked to Steve first thing. Friday morning They call me Monday morning to let me know about the diagnostic results and my Car was ready to pick up the same day in the afternoon I They made sure to explain the cause of the problem . Su servicio es honesto y rápido Recientemente me mudé aquí a la área de Mesa tenia problemas mecánicos con mi carro llamé a Steve. Un viernes por la mañana y me llamaron el lunes temprano para explicarme del problema mi carro estaba listo ese mismo día al mediodía se aseguraron de explicarme la causa de el problema .

All Brands Auto is the real deal. Steve has always been extremely helpful, honest and fair with me and my family. It's this kind of service that makes me come to this area of Mesa. Update as of 2024-01-04. These are still the best in the business. You can tell how passionate they are about this when you talk to them.

I been looking for a Good personal Mechanic and I'm so Happy I Googled Auto shops in my area. I researched several places but I didn't get that gut feeling as I did when I researched All Brands Auto. I haven’t actually gotten my car serviced yet, but being a woman, auto shops are never fun. I pulled up to a full garage without an appointment and was greeted with the most patience. Steve ran multiple diagnostic tests and had absolutely no problem explaining to me what he was seeing, which parts he was looking at, and why they were malfunctioning. I have an appointment for service later this week at such a good price even my dad was surprised. Thank you, guys!!

I've never had a bad experience with the guys at All Brands Auto. This place was recommended to me several years ago and that's where we take all our cars; old (1997 & 2009) and new (2023). The mechanics are great; call you with the problems before the repairs and then explain what they did afterwards. Super reasonable prices!

My 04 Sequoia brakes went bad, brought it in on Saturday morning and had new rotors and pads at 1, fair price and work done by real mechanics rather than parts changers. Will be bringing them any repair work needed in the future.

straight forward, honest, reliable and much more. I had a great experience! I had my two youngest kids with me and was going to wait at the shop with them while our family vehicle was being serviced. I was offered a ride home and even a ride back once our vehicle was ready. Above and beyond. I'm sure the TV wouldn't have kept my 4 & 5 year old boys distracted long enough to keep them from getting into something there at the office for very long. I know I will be returning to have my vehicle serviced there in the future.

Stop looking at other places if you're reading this and come here! I used to have a guy I went too but he's so far away and always busy so that I took a chance. I needed work on a smaller repair here on my A/C unit. Was 110% satisfied!!! Everything about their process is top notch; communication, pricing, quotes, options, etc. This place is the most fair you'll get for auto repair and it'll get done right the first time. They answer any and all questions you might have and go out of their way to work with you on any issues or concerns you might have. Trust me when I say this is a one stop shop for all your automotive repair needs.

These guys are great. They listened to my issue with my car and gave me honest pricing (they even showed me when they looked it up). They even let me know if they were able to do repair. They did not pretend they could, and ask me to leave my car KNOWING they weren't able. Friendly, honest staff.
