Amazing people and staff are excellent. Josh is our mechanic and we love him so good at what he does and so honest with everything. Chris is the manager I believe and is amazing as well wouldn't not take my wife's or my car anywhere else.

I had a great experience with All Automotive. Ben was EXTREMELY helpful! My car broke down and he was able to get the part ordered, delivered, and installed in ONLY ONE HOUR! Their prices were reasonable and the service was incredibly fast. I highly recommend All Automotive!

Great people to do business with. Quick response, personal and flexible service. Been looking for an auto shop I could trust to work in Land Rovers for 4 years!! Found it!! Don't waste time with others go straight to All Automotive!!! Being able to trust them from Texas to take care of my vehicle in Pittsburgh is priceless!!

Great service, also everything done with detailed on item list. Which is very rare when it comes to automotive shops. They were very transparent and the prices weren't bad either. Not great for that is bad as I said. Very easy to work with I had a great time.

I just bought a new BMW Z4 which needed state inspection and emissions. I also wanted the car to have a full inspection for me to be sure the car is in perfect shape or if there is any issue or upcoming maintenance that I should consider. I recently moved to Pittsburgh, therefore I didn’t know any place where I could take my car to, besides the big names (Pepboys, Jiffy Lube, etc), places where I don’t really feel comfortable taking my luxury car to. I did my research and found All Automotive, they had a dedicated page related to BMW maintenance and care, which made me feel confident enough to give them a try, book my appointment online for the very next morning at 9 am, as soon as I booked the appointment their customer service team reached out to see if I had any other questions or concerns before my appointment. Next day on the appointment date, as soon as I got to the garage they were waiting for me, they greeted me by name and already knew what I needed and why I was in the store. Before starting the service they explained to me how the inspection was going to be (the state inspection and emissions + the detailed inspection I asked for my vehicle), they told me how the report will be, how they categorize which repairs need to be done right away to pass the inspection, and they will label any other Repair/maintenance/issue that were not mandatory to do right now but in order for my to save some money up in case something was going to come. This is exactly what I wanted. Service was extremely quick, car passed the inspection right away and they gave me the whole review of the inspection, to my relief the car was perfect, not a single thing needed to be done either now, or in the future (Apart for regular Maintenance). This really shows they really work for the customer and they are not looking in fake issues or making issues up just to make some money. This is the type of honesty I am looking for. I will definitely recommend All Automotive for everyone in the Pittsburgh area, and for sure All Automotive is my go to from now on to take care of my cars. Thank you again, All Automotive. Juan

I’ve had two car inspected here for first time as it’s near where I now work (mercy). I liked the online booking system. Good communication with me, all cost up front as optional or needed. Seems highly professional and all mod cons of communication Had the choice to decline what I didn’t want . Convinced me for the most part that what I needed doing, needed doing. Sent me photos and even a video. Better than my old local! And the discount for working at Mercy was the icing on the cake, particularly as the repairs were unexpected. I think this is my new auto persons place !

Cannot recommend this place enough! Staff is super sweet, wonderful and helpful. I called and they were able to order all my needed parts and fit me in the next morning. Fast service and the prices are fair and on the lower end compared to Monro or Mr. Tire. Additionally, they give 10% student discounts! 10/10 stars.

10 🌟 hands down I was happy doing business with him. I was being hoodooed by other mechanics. I call All Automotive. He told me he'd be happy to help me I went with him. Picked my van up yesterday and drove back home to NC with no issues. I definitely keep them saved on my phone.

as a college girl, going to mechanics for any sort of issue is always intimidating. chris is the first one who didn’t make me feel dumb or uncomfortable at any point, he was welcoming and super responsive. I have a car that can be kinda difficult to work with, and he’s the only mechanic in pittsburgh that I talked to who didn’t hesitate to help me. my dad works on cars as well, but I live too far from home for him to help me with things now. for this reason, he’s very critical of not only the work we got done on our cars but also the attitudes of the people working. I gave chris my dad’s phone number so they could discuss the issues with my car, and my dad didn’t have a single bad thing to say (which is super rare). overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely return with any issues I have in the future.
