I came to this auto repair shop to have repair work performed on my 1996 Nissan on a recommendation. Rick the manager was totally transparent with me about the repairs and what was needed to have my car repaired correctly. My vehicle was at this shop for six weeks. This my sound like an eternity but it was worth the wait. Rick made sure all the correct parts were installed correctly and working correct the first time. My vehicle now runs like a new car and he gave me a great warranty to give me ease of mind. I highly recommend everyone to take your vehicles to this repair shop so it can be repaired right the first time with a shop manager that is transparent and honest.

So glad this is where the tow company took me! I didn't even know what was wrong with my car but they actually took the time to figure it out & without charging me and arm and leg! I will definitely be a return customer! Hands down one of the best auto shops in El Paso!

I am a bit conflicted on this place. They worked on a car for my daughter and did the work in a timely manner. The issue I have is they did not communicate any idea of the cost until the work was completed. Needless to say my daughter, who is still a bit inexperienced was shocked and unable to pay the amount. We are blessed and were able to help her out but I think that is a poor business practice. But again they did the work in a timely manner and my daughter was able to complete her journey.

I would like to thank Rick and his team for getting us back on the road in a timely fashion and at a great price. They were very professional, understood we were from out of town and knew how to help. Hopefully I don’t break down again passing through El Paso, but if I do, I’m taking it to All American Lube and Automotive....
