My car broke down right before the 4th of July holiday. All American Automotive took care of me right away and provided with me with the best assistance for my vehicle. They really took care of me and are great people. I highly recommend them to everyone out there!

Last week I broke down in Kansas driving back from Arizona to my home in Minnesota. Luckily I broke down near All American Automotive in Wichita, KS. These boys really took care of me. Had to wait an extra day as nobody had my fuel pump in stock but they made sure to keep my truck inside the shop for me to keep all of my belongings safe. They had me back on the road the following morning. The price was fair and happy they did not gouge me for prioritizing my truck as they knew I was stranded there. Good honest and hardworking bunch of guys at this shop. Thank you.

New in town and was looking for a place for routine maintenance. Great place! I took my car there for an oil change and had them check the rest of my levels…they were thorough, quick, and not too pricey. I even ordered and scheduled my new tire change out there because of their great customer service and reputation. I have found my new mechanic in Wichita Area.

We’ve taken our vehicles to All American for years. Russ, Steve and Jerry are like family! They’ve done our oil changes, truck repairs, alignment, new tires and more. They can often get us in and out same day. If you live in West Wichita, Goddard, Maize or anywhere near Kellogg and Tyler I would highly recommend All American Automotive. Best auto repair shop in Wichita!

Wonderful & trustworthy! The men here are amazing! Jerry addressed a concern I have had for the past 3 years. Every repair shop told me it was not a big deal. Jerry advised me that it is something that will need to be looked into soon. It was a relief to feel like someone was finally giving me an honest answer.

First off, they gave me a great quote on new tires. One tire didn't want to hold air. I work basically next door to them. I called and they immediately sent someone over to get the car and check the tire. They did some cleaning on the bead and water checked the tire. All was good. When I got off work, I drove approximately 3 blocks and the same tire went flat. I called them and within 7 minutes someone was there to rescue me. I ended up getting a new tire installed as the other one was defective. Anyway, they were total professionals and went the extra mile to make it right! They have my business!

Had a great experience! Went in there a half hour before close and the crew there had my issue diagnosed and fixed before 5:30. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Having lived in many different places, I always get nervous when I move to a new town and have to find a new auto shop. Russ, Jerry, Steve, and the whole team at All American Automotive have definitely calmed any fears I had about being over-charged or getting low-grade service. Not only are they just all around nice guys, they are incredibly knowledgeable and will tell you straight up exactly what is going on with your vehicle, what HAS to be done, and what is ok to wait. They have fair prices and the job is always well done. I have been utilizing their services for our three family cars for over a year now and we have had zero issues with the work they have completed. I highly recommend All American Automotive!

Jerry & team at All American Automotive took great care of me as a new customer. They provided a computer diagnostic to help identify the fault code that was registering on my truck & advised me on how to better utilize my active manufacturer warranty. They also patched and plugged my tire providing excellent service in an efficient manner.

Use caution..get a 2nd opinion...just whatever you do don't trust that they have repaired car correctly or checked other things that could go wrong do to the reason car is being fixed! Took my sons car in because of running hot ....they replaced a hose and said car needed brakes...how about checking a thermostat? Etc...needless to say ...my son is now without a car ...and after it being looked at by others shops.. had the people here not just stuck a hose on.. and looked it over or maybe driven it...I wouldn't be in this spot..when u take a car in to get fixed its because you can't or don't know how or what the problem is...I put my faith in them to fix car...imstead it is now scrap!
