I've been bringing my Audi A3 to Patrick and All American for a few years now. Unlike so many places, Partick is always there, answers the phone, and handles whatever your issue is as soon as possible. Anyone who owns a car knows that it's so important to trust the place you bring your car to - and I feel safe and confident that I am getting good service and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I went here to get the brakes changed on my 2020 Jaguar F-type. Choose All American rather than the local SF dealer due to poor service. Great shop, great guys, got everything done plus couple of additional flushes that I didn't ask for. Even came in with a slightly lower price! Great shop

Took my car for noise in the front, And got told a price of 800+ and when the car was done the price changed to 1,300+, without an explanation, when called to get a better understanding, Patrick answered with a very frustrating attitude and unprofessional way of explaining the charges. All I can say is, this is not a way to treat a customer.

Was thrilled with the prompt, high quality service that Patrick and his team provided. I needed some assistance with a battery issue and they were able to immediately able to help me - resolving the problem and doing so with a great deal of hospitality and professionalism. Will definitely be back for future work, glad I found this place!

On a road trip from the pacific northwest to San Diego, our car met with engine issues right as we entered SF. We immediately found All American Automotive on google, and although they were appointment-only, Patrick got us in right that morning and ran tests on our car. He and his team were honestly lifesavers and we would have probably broken down in the desert if it wasn't for them. We highly recommend checking them out if you run into car issues. It's never good timing to run into car issues, but his team made it as painless as possible for us. We're extremely thankful!

We have used All American Automotive, aka San Francisco Automotive Solutions for both of our vehicles for years and have always been very pleased with the work done. Even though we missed our appointment the other day, Patrick got us in AND OUT the next morning. That work involved an entire rear light assembly replacement on our Honda CRV.

This is shop to go to in sf if you want to know exactly what's going on with your ride. They break it down for you and tell u what repairs are actually needed and what you can put off till next time. I highly recommend going to see Patrick at all american automotive he runs a good shop

Human kindness describes this business ethics. My husband and I are so grateful we had a minor problem and they were overwhelmed with work but not only did they take in our vehicle they fixed it free of charge and would not even take the $ 100 tip that we offered. We are so grateful that human kindness still exist and we're grateful for the owner for fixing our minor problem and helping us to get back to the town.

BEST car repair service ever. I’ve never experienced anything as easy and pleasant as working with these guys. Found them when I needed a blinker light bulb which they did gratis on the spot. Then we had an airbag light on so I brought in our vehicle and ended up getting that plus a lot of other things fixed while it was with them. Our 2020 Volvo runs like new. Honest, straightforward, talented, friendly- I love this place. Highly recommend.

I’m picking my car up right now and I couldn’t resist writing a glowing review ASAP. Patrick is just the kindest, most honest vendor I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. I have a sporadic stiff brake pedal issue with my Honda, and I kept the car here for 3 days. They weren’t able to replicate the issue after many tries, so wouldn’t in good conscience charge me to fix/replace what they believe was the problem. They wouldn’t even charge me for labor. Lastly, they freakin’ gave my car a wash. WHAT?! I couldn’t love or recommend these guys more (they’re also part of AAA’s approved repair shop program)!

Barely made it into the city with my misfiring Eurovan. Needed the car looked at immediately since I was supposed to pick up my son from the Benioff Children's hospital a few hours later. None of the nearby shops had time or space, but Patrick from All American Automotive made an exception when he heard the circumstances. His mechanic went straight to work when I got there and the car was fixed in under half an hour.

Won’t give a zero star as a courtesy. I was selling my vehicle & agreed with the buyer to have it inspected by a mechanic of her choice. I inquired if the mechanic specialized in Eurovans, he smirks & says “no one who wants to make money specializes in this vehicle”. I would have walked away there & then but had agreed to use him for the inspection. I understand that my vehicle has some miles & a few years under the hood with a couple of obvious repairs needed but some of the vehicle problems noted were trivial non mechanical cosmetic issues. I.E. “remote does not work(remote to stereo battery dead), headliner falling, whistle from hvac vents”. Also noted under “vehicle problems” were that the brakes were 70-80%, tires are 5/32 good (whatever that means). The buyer walked away. Mind you, the buyer had already personally inspected & driven the vehicle & cosmetic items noted in inspection were clearly visible & acknowledged between us. Most items noted as “vehicle problems” were minor & not pertaining to the mechanical working condition of the vehicle, the whole purpose of the inspection.
