I just recently got my car repaired here and the service was AWESOME!!! I was kept in the loop every step of the way during the process and to say I’m happy with the results is an understatement. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend!!

I've had two vehicles that were involved in accidents repaired here and not only was it a fast repair both times for the amount of damage done, but also looked perfect from every angle and down to every detail. This picture was from before the first accident and after. I took it on a road trip to Las Vegas immediately after the repair and had no issue.

I am very grateful to Alex’s Body Shop for their outstanding service and care. They handled my emergency repair after a car accident on Christmas Eve. They worked quickly and effectively, and ensured that I could return home for work and a weekend Christmas party. They were professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. This is the best body shop in southeast louisiana and arguably the best body shop in the entire Sportsman state. They do impeccable work in an expeditious manner. I drive from downtown New Orleans to Slidell any time something happens to my car because I know it will be in the best possible hands ! Ps. You don’t want to see the before photos ;)

I’ve lived in Slidell for two years now, needed a body shop and had no idea who to trust. My neighbor suggested Alex’s body shop. I learned that they’ve been in business since 1981 and quickly let go of all my hesitation…nobody stays in business 40 years by doing subpar work!! I’m so glad I trusted him, saying I’m satisfied is an understatement!!!! Alex did a fantastic job, he really went above and beyond! Not only was the body work done but it was even vacuumed out! I live in the subdivision around the corner from his shop and know for a fact that he never let my Acadia sleep outside, which is a fact I love!! Thank you very much Alex, you will always have my business!

These guys are very professional and definitely know how to take care of their customers. I bought a car from them and it had a minor hiccup (they weren't aware of it) on the way home. Alex Jr came right away and picked my ride up and covered all the cost to get it running properly. They also restored the rotors and brake pads (without me even asking). I ended up leaving with a washed, freshly oiled, perfect running vehicle. They definitely didn't have to do all they did for me but did so because they stand by their word and are genuine people. I highly recommend them.

I brought my Kia Sportage to them after having taken it to another body shop, who refused to even look at it, saying that it was beyond repair . . . even after I told them I was willing to pay for the repairs. I brought it to Alex's Body Shop and within 20 - 30 minutes, he had looked at it, given me an estimate, and told me would take about seven days. I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready on the next Friday. It looks as if the car has never even been in an accident, which I honestly didn't think was going to be possible. The work is perfect and the paint is an exact match. On top of that, every single person there was engaging and confident in their abilities. When I went in to get it and to pay for the repairs, Alex and I laughed at that other mechanic. This will be the only place I ever take any vehicle I own, as long as I'm living in this area.

Alex's body shop is the best. They do amazing work in a timely fashion. They also back there work 100%. That's THE PLACE TO GO if you need body work on your vehicle. Everybody I know that I suggested to go there has been really happy with there results. I know you can't please everyone but they have done right by me and everyone else that I know of. Number 1 in my book!!!!

Recently my Sierra Denali was assaulted and battered by the EF3 tornado in New Orleans East. My first stop was by my insurance agent and then I went straight to Alex & Sons Body Shop. I am a car guy, I know who I trust to provide the high quality craftsmanship that I expect. The truck looks amazing again, in fact I believe it shines more now than when it was new... Attention to detail, fit, finish and not to mention customer service is why my friends and I choose Alex & Sons.
