They aren't thorough with repairs. Horrible communication... Thieves…. Dont care about the quality of their work or the condition they leave your car in. i had to call about my car's progress several times. They lied n told me they called to let me know my car was done. I received no call or text … Then when I picked up my car, the check engine light was atill on.I tried to have faith in yall business but they have a Sloppy n careless work ethic. You've been warned

This place does not deserve a start. Please do your self a favor. Do not take your car there. They are not honest. They are very unprofessional and take advantage of people.they broke my car, and they refused to fix it.Do not get yourself in trouble they will not be honest with you!

He's very SENSITIVE and has and hidden ARROGANT about him which will affect the truth of fixing your car. Don't give advice he said they don't need advice or our opinion about nothing was his words😳to a customer. My car was running completely fine until I brought it there. I had a bad fuel tank Alex replaced and somehow they were UNDER PRESSURE And didn't put a clamp a gas-hose on the gas tank which caused a LEAK!. I seen with my own eyes, I took it back for them to fix but they were PROUD not to look for it and didn't notify me for a week would of been longer if I hadn't called. Which explains what I'm about to tell you. The gas leak was my only concern but NOW after picking up my car I had a bad oil and coolant leak after leaving there and tried to address this new problem that occurred that was never a major concern in the first place. The first 15 minuted I took off driving on the highway my engine start smoking, gas leaking, and coolant overfilled. My car was running like a champion before I ask them to put a clamp on the hose they missed from the rush job they did. Listen.So I called Alex back They acted clueless and brushed me off and told lies and never gave proof of paper work or receipts to prove anything or what they worked on just to cover themselves. Which explains why they haven't contacted me in a week! Don't ever go there. They destroyed my old school 😞☹️.

It was the cheapest place I can get for an oil change for my car Chevy 2010 cruise and it was $38 everywhere else so I called one at 1: 2100 cheapest one locally was 68. I was very pleased with my oil change my daughter needed a water pump put on her car and we called around. They were the cheapest once again $488 compared to six and 700 at other locations, so yes I would recommend them it’s Mexican owned and operated at first I don’t speak Spanish, but English is use there as well so I do highly recommend this place as well

Paid $2000 for Alex to put JBweld on my engine blocked. Saying that's the best he could do. After taking my vehicle there 3 times. A wolf in sheep's clothing. I've trusted Alex for many years and now he & the shop is trash. Don't take your car here you will regret it

After receiving a diagnostic, I was told that my battery had been replaced, without my permission. The battery was good (with a warranty on it) and had been tested the day before the "diagnostic" was performed. No one from Alex's ever called to asked my permission to replace the battery. I was told that I couldn't have my old battery (that I never gave Alex's permission to replace). Four days after the battery was replaced the battery light came back on and the car was once again losing power. Alex's refused to accept accountability. This was the worse auto repair service experience ever!!

I was not happy with my experience at Alex’s Auto Body Repair & Sales LLC. All the other shops were backed up so I decided to give them a try. I called the day before and told them I needed them to install a radiator. The manager asked if I had the radiator. I said yes and made the appointment for the next morning. I brought my car in at 8:03am. They where done at 4pm. When I got my car back, tried to open the hood to see the new radiator. The hood cable was disconnected and I saw the new radiator I bought still in the box with the hoses next to it. So I went back in to tell the manager about the hood cable and the new radiator in the back. The manager said there was nothing he could do about the radiator being over looked.They took my car back and connected the hood cable. By then it was close to 5pm when I left the shop. I was highly disappointed.

IF I COULD POST ZERO STARS I WOULD.. THE REPAIR SHOP STAFF ARE RUDE, & CONDESCENDING!!! THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ONE ISSUE & TELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE IS WRONG!! ALSO THE WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS NOT WORTH THE INK ON THE PAPER...THEY WILL NOT GUARANTEE WORK! YOU HAVE BE WARNED, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY ARE WRONG- THEY SAID: " I DON'T CARE- LOOK AT MY LOT FULL OF CARS, WE HAVE PLENTY OF BUSINESS" DON'T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COMMUNITY WITH HORRIBLE MECHANIC REPAIRS & ABSURD CUSTOMER SERVICE...THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A POINT: DON'T SPEND MONEY HERE!!! PERIOD!! WHEN PEOPLE SHOW YOU WHO THEY ARE BELIEVE IT!!!
