The quality of work that's done here is outstanding. Not in the best way. Came here several times, they had oil leaking, brought it back and they so called fixed it. Wrong there is still an oil leak. I've spent thousands here and still having the same issue. Don't go here go elsewhere, because they are freaking scammers.

I’ve been taking my cars into Alexander’s shop for many years now. Not only he’s a great mechanic but he’s a great person, and have great people working for him. Every time I take my cars I am in complete trust that they have my safety as a priority, and that all repairs are important, no matter how big or small.

I just want to thank all of you for all the help you have given me; you have treated me more than a customer but a friend. All of you have gone overboard in helping me with my car troubles; you really made my car troubles much easier to handle and just really worked with me to help get my vandalized car back on the road; it was also with the care and concern with which you showed me which meant so very much. There are no words that I can express for the way in which you gave your help to me and how much it was appreciated. As far as the stars go, there are no amount of stars that would be enough for the help you have given me.

I thought this was a good shop at first. The staff seemed nice. I paid $100 to get my car diagnosed. I was told the repair would cost $2,300 to replace the steering rack. I ended up replacing a stabilizer bar link myself for about $20 ---yes $20 and that solved my problem. When I asked for a refund of the $100 diagnostic fee, I was told at least 3 separate times that I would be called back about it, but I never was.

Don't even think of them as the last option, just don't trust them with your car, this people are money makers, they are out there just to convert your Auto into a cash cow,very expensive diagnostic charges of $200 than anywhere else and still they can't fix your car honk related issues. They did a diagnosis on my Auto ,they couldn't see the problem and they ended up telling me my car has a wiring issue, that of which they promised to fix and i was very ok with, they asked me to have them with the car for a whole entire day to identify the faulty wire and fix it,i did exactly that! Now here is the silly argument that you guys won't believe, after their own "mechanic" drove my car to their repair shop after dropping me off at my place @8am in the morning,@4pm I went to have my car since they never called or updated me on the progress of the car as they promised, what shook me is that they didn't know my car was with them and they didn't look at it despite their mechanic dropping it off at their shop. I let that slide despite being a silly argument,I just wanted my car fixed, Their PR team is well trained and equipped with deceiving words they convince me to drop my car the the next morning and they shall fix it, this time round without fail again the urge to have my car fixed is driving my decision more than seeing the lies in their eyes, I religiously make the same mistake again, just like the day before I drop the car @8am, maybe as usual they gave me a ride to the house they promised to call me back in whichever way it goes by this i mean able or not able to fix the car, again they fail, just like the second day i went to pick my car just to find out they haven't gotten on it claiming the fault wire is being looked into by someone else who went to study about it as soon as he is done he will give them a call and okay the removal of faulty wire Remember this is the third day they are having my car with them, again stupidly, they ask me to drop off my car the following fourth day with ×10 chances of them fixing it. This time round I was wiser enough, I lost 48hours (day and night not able to use my car)with them and I wasn't going to add more on them, I booked an appointment with a different mechanic who fixed my car in totality with the same charges that these guys used to just run the diagnosis. I am writing this not to hate on them, I don't have a room for that I have bills that are wearing me down I just want whoever want their car serviced by them to THINK TWICE better have your car staring at you at your yard than converting it to a "cashcow" for money makers

I went up there because my car will jerk and not accelerate properly. First was told it was my camshaft replacement ($700) and I paid for that. Then when I got the car next day it was doing the same thing. Brought it up there again and said it was timing chain ($4,000) job. Paid for it and STILL the SAME acceleration issue! $5,000 down the drain!!! Will be going to small claims. Beware!!!

I highly recommend Alexander and his team!! I had another local shop perform a valve adjustment which did not fix my Acura RDX issues. Alexander did his diagnostics and decided to re adjust my valves. My Christmas light dash board cleared up! This man and his team does excellent work!!

I usually don't rate good or bad but I was ripped off! PERIOD! Overpriced diagnostic check $80. Supposedly did a smoke test but couldn't tell me where the vacuum seal leak was without running other diagnostics for an additional $270!!! Which I declined.

I was happy to find Alexander's for auto service. I have a 2008 Jaguar with only 80,000 miles and other than Jaguar, very few shops will take it on. The owner was knowledgeable and discussed the repair with me. John manages the front desk and was excellent. He gets all questions answered and kept me updated on progress. I very much appreciated his attention. Thank you.

They over price and try to get you to fix things that don’t need to be fixed. Recently bought tires within the week and was told I needed new tires and it would be $800. Within the month before I was told my rear breaks were at 60% and I don’t drive often and they somehow went down to 20% when they checked. They asked for $400 to change them without changing the rotors. And an alignment I was quoted at $400 as well. Everywhere else I looked at was around $130. Do not go there!! I can not stress it enough!!

Couldn't ask for a better shop. They go above and beyond. The detail this shop Provides when letting you know what's wrong with your car and what has to be done is amazing. They make you feel like your at that old time family mechanic shop that you know is going to get you back on the road with no worries.

Great service and customer care is the best in town. Been to many shops and Alexander really strives to go above and beyond for his customers. Price is a little more than other shops but the difference is this shop uses the best parts available and always takes care of any issues if any arises no questions asked

I had my Oil Changa, wheel alignment, air and cabin filter replacement done, really good customer service, good communication, good price, and the team was very friendly with me. They really took good care of me.

I have been using them for years and my significant other and his family used them for years prior. They are very good mechanics. Very helpful and sweet. One of my favorite things they do is an overall check up on the car when doing an oil change. Best mechanics.

Outstanding job!!! We were traveling to Wichita for the Labor Day weekend and our alternator went out. Alexander’s crew came in on Saturday (normally not open) and got it replaced and we were able to get back home on schedule.
