I’m so thankful for Alexander’s Auto Repair, they were so kind to me and helped me out of a difficult and scary situation. I was 30 minutes from home when I hit a rod on the freeway. It shot through the underside of my car and missed shredding my tire by inches. I was in an unfamiliar area of town and googled the closest body shop. Thank goodness it was Alexander’s. Even though they seemed super busy, they took my car back right away, removed the rod and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. Thank you so much to everyone at Alexander’s for your kindness and for helping me get back to my family safely.

They have always been outstanding. They are fair, reasonable prices and I trust completely trust them. I have brought in Porche, Mercedes, Chevy Equinox, all with excellent results. I have daughter in LA, she has bad car repair experiences, overcharged, poor repair work. I have had nothing but positive experiences at at Alexander's.

My motor mounts needed to be replaced and the dealership was trying to shoot a hole in my wallet! I took my car to Alexander's and they gave me a great deal to fix my car. They were super fast and efficient as well, this will be my new go to place for all my car troubles!

I went to autozone and they told me my starter was going out. I was worried my car wouldn’t start again as I was driving to Alexander’s. They said to bring it in the next day but I think they could tell how worried I was so they let me bring it in as I was driving to the shop on the phone with them. It was my battery and they had me out of there in less than an hour. They even answered my questions about a truck I wanted to buy, lol. I’d definitely recommend a friend to go here and plan on going back to fix my windshield wipers next week. Thanks so much guys!

I’m not sure why it took me so long to write a review because I always recommend anyone that needs auto repair to come here. This shop, and Oscar and Alexander have been taking such amazing care of my 2006 Scion xB since even before I got it in 2008 when the previous owner brought it there for its very first oil change and referred me. The car is almost a classic now approaching 19 years with 257,000 miles and still going strong. I’m not going anywhere else.

Alexander is a great guy I’m 3000 miles from home need a decent scan tool to see why my truck was giving me an issue I stopped in and asked and he plugged it in and was willing to help as I have my own shop back home can’t thank these guys enough within a hr after I had my truck fixed thank u guys

Try to get repairs done at the shop and the owner kept speaking over me and not letting me explain what was wrong with the vehicle. He kept suggesting that I come in for a diagnosed on the car when I have already have the paperwork and know exactly what needs to be fixed. Decided to take my business elsewhere

Alexander's is the best auto repair in Phoenix! Trustworthy, honest repair work at fair prices. Alexander and his staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanics you can TRUST. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Also, two years ago, my mom passed away. The next day while doing all you must do planning funeral, etc. I had major brake issues. Alexander took the time to find all the needed parts at the best price possible and completed the job under the initial estimate. While he was repairing my vehicle, my brother's car ( which we needed) needed an oxygen sensor replaced, and even though his shop was swamped with work, he fixed that same day. Fantastic!

My 2002 Ford F-150 XLT truck got repaired at Alexander Car Repair. Came towed from my place got it through State of AZ-DOT, 2 year tags. Sat for 2 years while healing from health. Put a new battery, windshield, inflated tires. Was able to get through another State of AZ DOT, 2 year tags. Great, very professional staff at this business. Will only take my truck there to get it fixed again.

The air conditioning in my 2015 Kia Rio had a leak in the high side line, and the guys at Alexander's Auto Repair were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and got it fixed the same day. This placed caught my eye when I was out of ideas. My car died a few buildings down and would not take a charge or start. I walked down to this establishment, where I then spoke to a cool gentleman named Alexander. He took time to look up parts and in 5 minutes gave me a quote and time when I could pick it up if I chose them. I then proceeded to tell him that my car died and it just won't take a charge. Alexander then asked a fellow worker to walk down with a charge box to help me get the car to the shop. (TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE :)) Got the car there and they finished work just as I was finishing my work shift. Talk about perfect timing. Overall I definitely recommend them. Appreciate it once again.
