Alexander replaced tierod ends, ball joints, struts, did a front end alignment. They didn't put the grease fittings. My husband was told they weren't needed and he had to do it himself because it was needed. Then they worked on the motor put the heads, rings and seals and now the cruise control doesn't work nor the ac. He was told they didn't do anything to the ac but as a fact my husband knows they had to take the compressor off in order to fix the heads. They refused to correct their mistakes. We spent alot of money on the truck to get it back this way. Poor, poor service. I don't recommend them to anyone.

You call to get a price and they hand up cause they don't speak English!! Smh hire an assistant to help geez
