I noticed my tire leaking air this morning and stopped by the shop right after they opened. Within 10 minutes my tire was patched and back on for an extremely reasonable price. I didn’t even have to exit my vehicle to have it done. The staff was friendly and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tire assistance.

Initially I had given a 5 star rating but since then has dropped to 1 star. My second time going to this establishment and while the first time that they did great. But not at all the second and the last time I will visit ever again. Not only did they say they only had brand new tires that I couldn't afford then all of a sudden like magic they have two used tires. So as they moved my tires around and installed them, they put the left on the right and vise versa. As a corrected the issue myself and that the lugnuts were extremely too tight that when they set my driver side front tire, they cross thread two of my bolts in which I had to break them off and replace the studs along with the lugnuts. All three rims have damage to the bolt holes. I'm just wondering if they will even fix it in some type of way. $$$$. $100 in tires, cost me $300 for repairs. And that's not including having to replace my rims. Part 2.....so no luck with the tire shop in replacing my rims and or tires or even some type of compensation whatsoever ever. Not even an apology. So I contacted the BBB and made a report in reference too. Well long story short, they fail to comply with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). and so that's that......bad for your business guys. They shouldn't even be able to be in business with the way they like to operate.

These guys are awesome, I've been 3 different times this year and they always do great work whether it was replacing my brakes and rotors, changing my oil, and putting in a new starter and just recently fixing a broken gear shift system. They're also pretty fair and good about pricing. I'll gladly keep coming back for my truck repairs.

Good service terrible customer service. Better off going to a well established shop. 4 months for a 20 hour job. Broke clips to my bumper. Dinged up the rear of the car And it was filthy inside and out as if the windows were left open the whole 4 months it was there.

Por muchos años fui cliente de este taller y siempre excelente trato y servicio pero hace una semana llevé mi camioneta a una reparación y uno de sus mecánicos me la dejó muy mal y solo me dijo que tenía que comprar más piezas ya pagué más del doble de lo que les pagué a ellos para que me repararan el mal que hicieron en mi camioneta dejaron mal puesto un soporte de motor y la pompa de agua no la pusieron bien nunca me había tocado una experiencia mala en este taller como esta vez

Cuando llegas al lugar están atentos para ver q necesitas ,solo llegué a ponerle aire a mis llantas y llegaron como 5 preguntando q necesitas lo demás no se solo fue por el servicio rápido

bought a used tire and had them mount it. they charge me 60$ and broke the tire pressure sensor

Bad job!! Be careful on what you do to your car! Pay close attention to the job they do! A lot of the people don’t have much experience! I took my car to get breaks done, they broke the sensor and left the plastic paper on the breaks and never removed them- and had to take it to someone else to get the job done correctly! Would never go back again!

You got to watch these guys they will put a tire that's not for your vehicle. two: they will try to give you another tire that's not even worth roadworthy. Also will give you attitude as u giving them business.

Cochino servició, IVA por un parche y resultó que tenía como 4, te cobran 7 dlls más por cada parche y ni aún así pachan bien, a los 5 min seguía ponchado fui con otro tire Shop y resulta que no era cierto los parches extras Tengan cuidado

They messed up my jeep grand Cherokee. They lied about fixing my jeep and caused my engine to burn and motor has messed up. Would not recommend bringing your car here. Not honest people. Don’t bring your business here. Muy mal servicio.

Excellent experience. I purchased a used tire late on a Friday afternoon, may 17th, I had called at least 30 other shops that day. They installed it quickly at a reasonable price. I live in the hill country, drove 45 miles home, and everything seemed fine. Woke up the next morning, and the tire was completely flat. I checked the tire, and it had a hole in the side wall. Called Alex Tire, and they said they would look for another one. And replace it. They had a hard time finding a replacement for it, so I had to drive on it for a few days while they located one. On Tuesday, May 21st, at 10:30 pm, I had a blowout 60 miles away from home, I was stuck with no spare, no jack, and no way to get anywhere. TX dot gave me a tow off the shoulder of the highway. I had to wait with my truck, I was able to get ahold of Alex as soon as they opened, and I didn't know what they would be able to do, if anything, but I was completely surprised by what they were able to do for me. Somehow, they located a tire the correct size and ply. Alex personally came to where I was at brought a tech, a jack, and the tire. Removed the rim from my vehicle, took it to a shop down the road, mounted and balanced it, brought it back, and installed it. From the time I called to the time we were back on the road, it was less than 2 hours, and there were no extra fees. I am so thankful for the timely manner and professionalism they showed. Thank you very much for going above and beyond.
