This place does not deserve the rating that they have. Alex and Angel's tires received my car after it was towed there by AAA last Tuesday. By Thursday I walked out to my car barely driven, to the tire completely flat again. I have had to lift to work. Since then I've spent more on transportation then I actually earn for hour at work. I had to take my client to chemo in a Lyft. This is because when I called Alex and Angel's tires on Thursday after discovering the flat, they said that they would come out, inspect the flat tire and possibly bring a replacement. However, they didn't want to come out that day because they were closing in over an hour later. They offered to come out when I was already having to take my client to chemo the next day. When I called today over an hour before they closed they pulled the same thing and then said nobody even comes out to help inspect tires that were faultly installed. That obviously we're not good tires. This place does not deserve the review it has. I would give less than one Stars if I could, they have wasted my time, my money and my AAA.

I’ve gone to A&A twice now with two different issues. The first time I had to get a tire replaced because of a bubble that had formed on one of my tires. At this point they didn’t have the tire there but they ordered it for me and a day or two later i went back and had it replaced in an hour. It wasn’t very expensive and I didn’t feel ripped off or anything which is how I feel going anywhere where. Second time, my tire had popped and I brought it in. They noticed a bubble on one if the other tries on top of the popped one and replaced them both that day! The cost was inexpensive and their service is fast and easy. Highly recommend them for any needs.

Placed a call at 9:45am about a tire replacement. Tired replaced by 10:10am. Excellent service, fair price and the premier tire service my wife and I trust in the East Bay. 10/10, would puncture my own tire just to get it replaced here.

I drove there and literally as I was pulling into the shop my spare wheel came off!! Everyone was super nice and replaced all four of my tires really quickly, plus I have a 40k mile warranty so that’s great!!!

Well well, hot damn! There I was in a jam, needing some good used tires or at least one and fast it wouldn't hold air for nothing and I had a long way to go. Truck tires are not cheap these fellas show me two almost brand new michelins for 140 bucks out the door. I'm grateful as can be and out the door in less than 20 minutes ! I mean come on , that's ridiculous!

Came in with a leaky right-rear and they had the tire off before I was in the (surprisingly comfy) waiting room. They quickly diagnosed a cracked tire-wall and told me they didn't have the replacement but their San Pablo location did. Somehow, even with the time it took to ferry over the new tire, they were done and I was on my way twenty minutes after I pulled in. I'm still trying to figure out how they did it. NB: I came partway in the Shattuck entrance and got out to describe my problem, assuming they'd tell me where to park in their little space, but instead they just started working on my car, as it basically blocked one of their two driveways! I felt bad, but I was grateful for their commitment to my convenience, and they were done so fast it didn't matter. It definitely made getting out a lot easier.

These guys are ROCKSTARS. I came in like a pollo with my head cut off and the experts at A&A decided to help me have a better day. They officially installed a HIGH QUALITY tire in less than 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Bought 2 used tires for a great price mounted and balanced, no problems in the first month and several hundred miles. A&A Tire torqued them just about perfectly and the air pressure was spot on too. No perceptible damage from the floor jacks. Impressive service from a lot that doesn't look like much.

Highly recommend! Legit work at a fair price. These guys are fantastic. Not the prettiest place to look at but I'm not trying to get my tires replaced in Apple Store. Came in with a flat on my Mini Countryman, bossman pointed out that the passenger front tire was also in bad shape so I replaced both. Tires weren't on site but he said they could be there by 3. I got a call at 315 saying my car was ready. I didn't even ask the price but it was much lower than I had expected. Tires aren't cheap!

Outstanding service! Completely flat tire due running over a screw. Got towed to A&A after they were closed. Went there next AM right at 8:30AM when they opened. I was back in my car driving at at 8:51AM with a repaired tire. They move quickly and are extremely efficient! Turned my cruddy night into a wonderful morning. Only $25 to repair my tire, too. I recommend going in the morning when it likely isn’t as backed up or busy. I will certainly go back if I run into any issues in the future!

We stopped by with a massive screw in our tire. The repair team was helpful and competent. We had a patched tire $15 and 15 mins later. Very pleased with the service we received!
