I would give this place 15 stars if I could!! First of all, this is the cleanest tire/automotive place I’ve ever been to. They were able to get me two tires that are low profile for my Lexus that are usually very expensive at a rate that blew my mind. The staff here is very polite and kind. The owner Allen is always here and available and is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met my life. He goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. He even told me if I ever needed anything at all (nothing to do with automotive) to come by anytime. These people treated me like family from the Moment I walked in the door. By the time I left, I had to call my mom. I was in tears because of the kindness I enjoyed while I was there. It is rare to find people with such caring hearts in the business world these days. Seems as though everybody is just out to make the most money, but not these people. I would Highly recommend this place over any other in the area looking to be treated fairly and with honesty. I could not be Happier with the price, quality, and Overall service I was able to receive here 🫶🫶

Alan’s offered an affordable and quick oil change and tire rotation! They even refilled my wiper fluid! Great customer service and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

I had originally called Alan regarding my car leaking coolant and an inconsistent idle. He looked at it and claimed it only needed new coolant hoses and lines so I okayed the work, which was $550, on the ticket it says the coolant leak and idle issues were resolved, but neither were. After a week I was able to pick the car up, I showed up before they were about to close, and not even 30 minutes on the drive home it started spraying coolant again, so I tried to call with no answer. I show up the next morning right as they open and tell Alan about the issues and he claims they will look into it and try to discount the work. It took him 1 week to diagnose the issue and another week to get the work done, which ended up being for the water pump. It got to the point of me calling him every other day because he would tell me it would be ready one day then on that day push it back even more; this happened multiple times. All said and done the water pump was $1100 even after he 'discounted' the work. After $1650 and 3 weeks of not having a car, I hoped all issues were resolved. Around 2 weeks later the car started leaking oil, I took it back to Alan since it looked to me like the oil pan was leaking due to a bad job resealing the oil pan. Alan claimed it was the valve cover gasket that was leaking the oil and quoted $600 to fix it. I took the car to another mechanic to replace the valve cover gasket and they quoted $400, however, even after replacing the valve cover gasket it continued to leak oil. As it turns out the oil pan had not been resealed properly by Alan and his team. I even told Alan in person that I think it's leaking from the oil pan because of a bad seal and he disregarded that idea and doubled down on the valve cover gasket being the issue. I easily spent over $1000 that did not need to be spent purely out of the negligence of this shop. My honest review of this place is they will take forever to finish the work and don't value the customer's time and after they will upcharge you heavily while not even fixing what you had come there for. Definitely will not be coming back and would NOT recommend it.

Alan and his staff offer top notch customer service, and competitive pricing. The customer waiting area is super comfortable, I felt right at home on the comfy couches they have. I almost fell asleep sitting there. Hands down best automotive shop in town!

I took my car in for service today. Tires, alignment, etc. I left feeling like I had a new ride. I didn't realize how badly I needed new tires. So glad Alan has opened his own shop!! Go see him!!

This is a really great place to go for new tires or even an oil change. They have really great service and really fair prices. A really nice waiting room, with free Wi-Fi,TV,coffee, water,soda and some snacks too. Also have really clean and large handicap restrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are willing to help you with all of your needs today, tomorrow and in the future too. Allen's Automotive is the best!!
