Outstanding service with competitive prices on all my vehicle needs. Must experience. One of the most important things to me is that I am never taken advantage of because I am a female. I have always been treated for my NEEDS as a friend with a problem, not as a way to achieve a big receipt. I am family here not an unaware female with a big wallet.

Terrible! They overcharged me for everything, they changed my total owed 3 times in 3 days, doubling it each time. When it came time to pay, I felt like my truck was being held hostage and they do not work with you worth a damn on payments of financing. And these are people that I’ve known my whole life. I was in shock honestly and they were so rude. The two girls at the front were as polite as possible but the management was disrespectful and ugly. I feel very cheated and almost like a crime has occurred . On top of all that, my truck can’t hardly even make a left turn and they tacked on 2,500$ at the end to assure me that it would do that. Should I go to the police?

First come first serve what? The management stated that there are a few employees that just decide not to come into work... oh well their attitude. Last work I had done I thought was done well, though I had cruise control probs after.. ????

Had a coupon for 49 dollars in 99 cents. When they told me the job was done the final price was $81. I wish they had informed me about the added costs before they did it. I will not be returning to Alanis anymore.

I pulled in with no appointment having a slow leak in one of my tires. They quickly took my truck back, isolated the trouble and repaired the tire. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The excellent customer service and great pricing always has us coming back to Alaniz & Perez Tire Pros

Friendly and efficient service. I am new to town and was hesitant at first (I usually only go to the dealership) but this business came highly recommended by colleagues. Update December 2024: New battery installed in my SUV. As usual, the service was friendly and efficient.
