Bad service,nasty place, they won't talk to you if your outside waiting for them, there eating food and ignoring me, long wait, they'll yell when you ask questions, just a bad place in general

Got my brakes serviced so here is the good & the bad.. Pros: -SPEEDY service -Good commercial discounts on parts via AutoZone -Reasonably priced labor -Massoud saved my day when he arrived & informed the other staff that cleaning new brakes matters & did it himself to ensure it was done correctly.. Cons: -During my visit, I had to run back & forth to Autozone for parts etc. FIVE different times. -They do not clean new brakes & rotors, which is a standard practice that is necessary to prevent noise & grinding. -I had to buy and bring my own brake cleaner.. -Their team's technical knowledge is iffy & I'm not sure I would return unless my vehicle is being serviced by MASSOUD himself. Overall I had a successful visit, but not without some chaos... I saved $400+ compared to Firestone and other names. But boy, I was ready to lose my mind after running around to and from AutoZone & initially being told the brakes I bought were cheap when I had purchased the highest quality available- BRAKES NEED TO BE CLEANED, that was the issue! In the end, the hassle was worth it but I will be learning how to change my own brakes in the future to avoid anxiety & stress.

Was told they had 4 of a particular tire in stock, drove out and they only had 3 and wanted 40% more for just 2 of them and waited around 45 min for them to make this decision

We picked up a nail somewhere between Cincinnati and Columbus. I’m grateful they were able to fit us in ASAP for a tire patch ( 2 other places close by the wait was 2 hrs), which allowed us to keep our business appointment. They are timely and have competitive prices. This was my God nod for this morning!!

30 minutes after they charged my daughter $130 for 2 used tires THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED IN 71S! My daughter and 1 year old granddaughter are safe but DO NOT GO HERE ON A SUNDAY! THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF AND ENDANGER YOUR LIFE! Please zoom in... tread completely separated!

Needed at least 2 new tires. This place gave me a decent price on 4. I'm thinking these guys are sneaky, for one had to come back due to a tire having a slow leak and I'm almost positive these guys got me cause my tires looked fine, definitely better than what they sold me. I'll just say this. Ladies, BEWARE. If you don't know tires or repairs, don't trust these people.

These 4 gentlemens work so hard at the last minute to replace all 4 tires on a Sunday. Very kind and prices were very reasonable.

Very unprofessional if you have a newer car that has tps sensors don’t take your vehicle here. They damaged mines and told me it was damaged already. Because the light was on. My tps sensor is now blinking and saying fault. It never did that before. The workers were willing to fix it but the owner said no. I wouldn’t dare recommend them.

Always helpful. Always knowledgeable... And never an extremely long wait!!! I absolutely LOVE these guys!!! Here is another 5 STAR 2023 FANTASTIC experience with Alan's Used & New Tires & Brakes... As recently as yesterday, I got into my SUV on my lunch break planning to run some short errands, grab a bite, and return to work, but my SUV would NOT turn over when I turned the key!!!! It had never done this before so I was shocked, scared, and confused,!!! But without hesitation, I IMMEDIATELY called Alan's and explained what happened and they advised me to have it towed to them. When I arrived they had checked it out RIGHT AWAY! Within that SAME HOUR they were working to solve the problem! Now the issue took longer than an hour to resolve, but the fact that I did NOT have to leave my SUV, nor had to Uber/Lyft around town, or even get a rental for a few days left me "SUPER EXTREMELY" GRATEFUL & THANKFUL for these guys!! In the past, I had taken my SUV to the dealership on Morse for some minor recalls, and I swear those guys did more than the recalls to my car!!! It never drove the same afterwards!!! My SUV started driving more rough instead of smooth like before, and then it started making knocking noises when I turned the air on! Needless to say, I will never make that mistake again!!! But, after spending a few hours yesterday while the guys at Alan's worked on my SUV... IT WAS WORTH IT!!! It is back driving smoothly like before, the noises had stopped, and they had even checked & repaired other minor issues for me too! In fact, it is running BETTER than when I drove away from that horrible dealership experience last year for the recalls!!!! If you ask me... Alan's is the BEST IN COLUMBUS!!! DO NOT go anywhere else if you can avoid it! Alan's Used & New Tires & Brakes on Agler Road is where you need to be! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!! MUCH LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

They lost my key.. they did end up finding it THANK GOD.. but still how unprofessional. Then when I went to pull off I noticed I could still hear my brakes grinding. They told me I needed to get the front ones replaced when I actually needed the back one replaced. All that money and I STILL need my brakes fixed.

Went to get 4 tires on my camaro. Their balancing machine is in the corner covered in tools so there is no balancing. But best of all when he thought there was 2 tires installed on the back there was only one and he dropped the car on the rotor. So bent rotor and control arm and 950.00 later im good. Did this review when it happened but it vanished if you can believe it. So ill be on once a month to make sure folks don't get scammed. 4 new truck tires on Amazon are 400 and wal mart will put them on for 11 bucks each. Don't get got.
