A neighbor referred me when I needed my transmission replaced. Rudy and his team went above and beyond. From helping out with the warranty to sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and stayed in communication through it all. Will use them in the future and recommend to others

10 star rating!!! Absolutely amazing people that do amazing work! Family owned business that gets the job done! Extremely friendly and up front with you, great work! I have an older grand marquis and the guys there have kept it up and always take care of me!!! Any bad review on here is obviously pure bs. The only place I would trust my vehicle is here at Alamo City automotive!!!!

I called and was able to be seen for a AC repair estimate same day. Rudy and his team were very friendly, professional, and informative. I felt like they truly wanted to help me as their customer. I will definitely be back in the future!

I bought a vehicle from Carmax . I needed a new transmission lucky me I had a warranty. Carmax highly recommended Alamo city. I had a new transmission installed from Alamo it took three months to get my vehicle back in supposing good running condition. I had to take my vehicle back an additional 2 times because it was leaking transmission fluid. They still couldn't get it right. I was done dealing with Alamo so Yesterday I took it to Lugnuts in Austin ,Texas . Now my vehicle is leak free. Sadly to say that Alamo forgot to connect the transmission hoses back up.

I car had an overheating issue, i googled this place and best believe that was the best decision I made. Rudy and his team are awesome. Very customer oriented. My car was fix with a reasonable price. He also changed my right signal light free of charge. I think he noticed how broke I was and decided to help me out lol. You should check this place out. You won’t regret!!!

I have taken my 2017 Nissan Rouge here twice now for the same issue. I have felt nothing but frustrated and unheard. The first time back in december of '22, it was great. Great communication and explanations from Rudy. This most recent time was for the same issue. Rudy doesn't seem to be doing the front end work anymore (understandable, as he is the owner). The communication has plummeted though. I felt like I had to call to get an update even though I was told I would be contacted. I told them time and time again what I believe the issue was, and they told me no, and then the issue got worse, and then it turned into "okay, we see the issue now". My car was in and out of the shop 4 times in the span of 2 months because of this. And it still has issues!! I refuse to bring my car back here. I would've recommended ACA back in December of '22 but definitely not now.

My Review for Alamo City Mobile Mechanic 🔹For 8 years I faithfully have taken my car for oil changes at Nissan. The performance on my car progressively worsened. My car was experiencing decreased acceleration and fuel efficiency. I decided to go elsewhere to have my oil changed. Alamo mechanic removed my oil pan to find thick oil sludge, created by Nissan mechanics who did not allow all the oil to drain out before adding new oil. Alamo mechanic cleaned the oil pan, and he used a good quality oil & filter. Praise God!!! My car’s performance is like new again. It feels well lubricated and has so much power. I assumed the car problems were due to the age of the car. I will never have my oil changed at a dealership again. 🔹Last August I paid Nissan $180 for a transmission diagnostic…their machine determined that I needed a $5k transmission replacement!!!!! What????? Amani City changed my transmission fluid and filter, a transmission flush. This is all my transmission needed. My car no longer hesitates. It runs smooth again. Thank God for honest mechanics. Alamo City is an honest mechanic. He has great work ethic. He is old school. An awesome mechanic. Thank you Alamo City mechanic.

Hands down the best automotive repair shop and mechanics. Relocating and finding an honest, reputable and knowledgeable mechanic can be cumbersome. I took my vehicle to Alamo City after Firestone and a few other experts were not able to repair. They quickly identified the problem and took the time needed to complete the repairs, during the repair process they maintained communication during all stages of the repair….BLUF there were no surprises. I really appreciate you guys and will recommend you to my church, Soldiers, family and friends! V/r Chris

I took my car in for a new transmission. It took some time because of parts issues. Rudy is the nicest guy. They do excellent work, and I am pleased. They even gave me a complimentary free oil change. I will be taking my 2006 Chrysler 300 in for a new AC compressor. Kudos 👏

Was in need of minor body work. Passed by and looked at the reviews and had to stop in. Rudy and Sincere definitely live up to the praise given in the reviews. Other shops had told me a 2 week minimum to fix a dent. These guys had me in and out in a couple of days. Let me buy my own parts and bring them in too. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking at the reviews!

Determination, Determination, Determination Rudy and his crew are outstanding. I have no other word than determination from this crew to get the job done. I dealt with a pesky transmission but these guys after hard work and many hours it was done the right way. Sometimes things arise on other areas and the tranny was just being stubborn to work properly but Rudy and his crew did not give up and that alone is a blessing. This truly is a great place to come because It was not about the money, it was about Rudy taken care of my Truck and my safety. Thank you Rudy very much and your guys for being there for me.

Got into an accident and the back of our jeep compass was pretty banged up and Alamo City Automotive, LLC fixed it right up and it looks better than before actually! Also we had an issue with our jeep not being able to start and couldn’t figure out why but they knew right away and got it working again! Great experience 🤩 would recommend 10/10

I was not asked to write this review. Usually companies pressure you into writing a review. 😡 I found ACA on Google after being ignored by another shop I was planning on taking my car to. I saw these reviews and kind of didn’t believe them. Like it’s too good to be true! I can PROMISE you this. Rudy and his crew are very professional, honest, patient and attentive. You don’t feel rushed or that you are a bother to them. Rudy made sure to keep me updated as needed. I could text/call whenever I had a question and he would always respond. I feel like the prices were fair. I trust Rudy and his crew. They are truly the best! I’m very thankful I finally found a shop/people that I can rely on. This is the best mechanic we have worked with since moving here. He is honest and straight forward, doesn't upsell, but takes very good care of his customers. We needed a motor replaced and he arranged everything with our warranty company--even secured a rental car with our family needs in mind. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Our family won't go anywhere else as long as Rudy (the owner) is still there!

Rudy resolved my 2015 Ford Focus clutch problem. One of my clutch actuators (B clutch) and clutch went out. The car was undrivable and I was unable to reverse at times. The car was in limp mode. Rudy and his team were able to replace both clutch actuators and the clutch. My Focus is now running great! No slipping or shuttering. Before I found Rudy, I tried contacting other shops, and they told me to either take it to Ford or they were unwilling to work on the car. I couldn't go to Ford because nearly all locations told me it would be a 2 to 3 month wait before they will even work on my Focus. If it wasn't for Rudy and his team. My car will still be undrivable. I appreciate their time, service and commitment. Thank you for everything! Rudy also repaired my Dad's 2002 Jeep Wrangler. "Service is Fantastic! When other shop wanted to change me outrageous amount of money. Rudy does quality work and for a reasonable price and they are reliable and he tells you what to look for after the job is done. I will everyone I know here.
