Took my vehicle here a couple of times and every time they’ve been helpful, honest, and overall just amazing! They are always very thorough in making sure my car is running properly before I get it back unlike most places in Colorado Springs! This is the only place I’ll be bringing my car in for repairs in Colorado hands down!

I've been a customer for 10 years and Beau is super helpful getting me an appt quickly and he explains the issue and repair very clearly. It's great to have a mechanic I can trust to be fair, affordable and good at their work. I highly recommend this shop. Much preferred over the dealership. Thanks guys!!

Horrible customer service, I tried to be professional and schedule an appointment when I showed up to my appointment they did not even inspect the car a complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

I have always had great experiences here. I have had routine oil changes as well as other car maintenance performed here and have always felt confident that they would take good care of my car. Everyone here has been great at communicating the cost expected for services ahead of time, and then itemizing what the final cost is comprised of including parts and labor, there are never any hidden fees or unexpected costs.

Beau, Bill and the crew are great! They kept me informed of what repairs were needed. They even had a shuttle service to take me home while repairs were made. I feel much safer and ready for winter with the repairs that were made. Highly recommend!

Charged me half a diag fee to do the same diag I did at my house for free for a draining battery issue then told me to take it to the dealership cuz they didn’t know what they were doing. Ended up being a $200 module that any decent mechanic shop should have found during diag and they somehow managed to break my outlet so now I can’t even charge my phone.

Super great same day service, saved the day before a ski weekend! Beau was so professional and friendly, and updated me throughout the day. We picked it up before the end of the day. The price was totally reasonable. Will definitely use Al De Mark in the future!

Took my vheicle here, the quote breakdown was 5 hours of work for $700 and about $350 in materials. Had far better quotes elsewhere. Looked up the parts they were $100 cheaper elsewhere. When someone actually looked at it, they found it was a loose bolt. Saved over $1k going somewhere else.
