I was traveling home from Northern Virginia headed to Greensboro North Carolina and I had a blowout on my truck. The police came and said they were going to have to tow it because it was in a turning lane. I asked them to give me 15 minutes to find a tire store. I located a tire store and drove a Chase car over to a&j Tires. I explained my issue with them and they came out and took the tire off took it back to their shop installed another tire and took it back and put it on my truck. The police officer couldn't believe it and said he had never seen anybody ever do that before in his life. These guys went above and beyond the call of Duty and stopped what they were doing to help me and got me back on the road within an hour. I would highly recommend anyone looking for good tires and good service to get these guys at a&j new and used tires a call. I can't begin to thank them enough!

The good was that they were open and very quick to get tires on. I found very worn tires on my car on a Sunday afternoon before beach trip and couldn’t get in anywhere else. Paid $350 for a set mounted balanced and installed. The balance was awful and my car shook all the way to the beach. I went to another shop and had them rebalanced. One tire lasted 6 months before it started a slow leak. I found the leak from a plug I hadn’t noticed that was too close to the sidewall for any other shop to be willing to repair. It’s inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

The service was quick and the gentleman that was replacing my tires was very polite. Great quality tires for a low price. I definitely recommend them.

I came by yesterday when my tire was flat the service was quick but they replaced my tire with another tire with a 5 tread at discount tire to get it fixed they charged me 60$ for the tire and I will be calling my bank to have it disputed they also put it on backwards too I'm getting it disputed I didn't see where I paid 60 dollars for a worn out tire that had to be changed after the first day and no the charge is being disputed you thief there will be no transaction

I normally go here to get my tires but after this morning, I will not be back!! Pulled up and asked the guy to look at my tire to see why it was leaking; all he did was add more air and walked away and started eating!! I needed up going to Williamsburg Tire and they found a small screw in the tire and fix it!!! Horrible Customer Service!!!

They sell very old tires that are worth $0, tried to sell me a tire made in 2004, always check the year of the tire because the tire is no good after 9 years even if stored in the best conditions.

I had a terrible experience at A&J Tires. I called ahead and was quoted $300 for four tires. However, when I arrived, they raised the price to $350, claiming it was for installation. Reluctantly, I agreed. During the installation, they found three holes in the tires that needed patching. When I asked for a discount due to the holes, they refused and aggressively started putting my old tires back on. If I could leave zero stars, I would!

Very grateful that I had a tire issue nearby this shop. I had two high quality used tires on my van in under 15 minutes-- and they never tried to upcharge or sell me on anything. The price is great and the staff is kind. I was on a long road trip for work and assumed I was losing a whole day before stumbling into this shop. Thank you, A & J staff! I'd recommend them to anyone in the area.

Got me in and out pretty fast with 4 used tires that had a good amount of tread left. I had already been to my usual used tire place in the area that says they didn't have that size and I would have to get a new one cause nowhere else would have them used.

Alvaro Dimas is versatile, quick, extremely efficient and trustworthy. Additionally, he does negotiates over the price! All of the prices are excellent. Everyone there is also very nice. they deserve more then 5 stars but unfortunately 5 stars is the highest rating. If i could choose id give them 100 stars. Highly recommend this place.

I reached out to them when I had a flat tire, and they mentioned I could come to buy a new one. Upon arrival, there was no one around. After a call, the guy explained he had a flat tire himself and assured me he'd be there in 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
