Phenomenal service and really good, honest staff. I had taken my car to Pep Boys for a popped tire, and they told me I needed a new front axle (right and left). I called Airways Tire & Alignment and spoke with Greg James who gave me some really helpful info on whether I’d need to change my axle or not. It sounded like I didn’t need to, but I took my car in anyways just to be safe. They confirmed that I did not need new front axles. If they were really looking to make some money, they easily could have told me I needed new axles and made some money off of me. But these are clearly really good people, and I didn’t have to get a new axle. They also mentioned some things to look out when driving for which would indicate if I did need a new axle in the future. I’d come back to this place in a heartbeat for future car repairs!

Short staff literally only 3 people. No possibility to get vehicle serviced without dropping your vehicle off. They don't do appointments and can't even give you an estimate of how long it would take if you decided to leave your vehicle.

For almost thirty years, the folks at Airways have taken care of my cars, which have lasted longer as a result of their skill and professionalism. If they can't repair the problem, they will send me to another business with standards equal to their own. I recommend them highly.

I can't say enough about this place. Forty one years of great service and friendship. I consider Gregg, David, Frank, Ben and LP my extended family. If you need sercice(honest) service, you need to take your vehicle there. If they tell me that my vehicle needs this or that, I don't even ask the price and they already know to fix the problem. I don't get any perks for being a loyal customer. I pay what Gregg would charge you for the same service. Check it out, it looks rundown, but the service is outstanding!
