Customer service is gone anymore. Someone recommended this place to me and I drove across town to give them my business. Not again. Pulled up to get a flat fixed, I already had it off the vehicle. No one would even acknowledge that I was there. I guess if you're not going to spend $1,000.00 for a set of tires, you're not worth their time. Co-Op will fix you right up. That's where I'm going from now on.

This place sold a flat tire and faulty tire. A new tire was placed on an Acura to replace a regular flat tire. After one day of use the tire had 1 pound of air. The tire was filled up completely and the next day the same tire has a flat and is coming off the rim. This car is currently pulled over in the left side of the interstate because the tire popped off in a second. I would give zero stars if possible because a new tire from this places is risking people’s lives.

Went for an alignment on a 2012 ram 1500, they called a said we needed ball joints. I told them to go ahead and replace them. Come to pick it up monday, it was running with the door open. Went inside to pay for the service, the guy there Rick, told us they had let it die while working on it and they have it running outside to charge it. Get home and my wife forgot to roll back windows up so she tries to turn it back on and it doesnt even click twice. The battery is beyond dead after they let it die. I tried boosting it and charging it over night. It is no longer working. I had no problems out of the battery until this. I go back the following morning and talk to Rick and he told me stuff happens and he would not replace the battery his company messed up. A 460 dollar service just added another 250 for a battery that they messed up and admitted to. As of May 1, 2024 i was switching my wifes tires out and noticed all the locking lug nuts are also gone. At this point i hope this place shuts down. Ill advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place. Women seem to be treated terribly there.

Very professional, clean well kept together business. Service was fast and there was no damage to my wheels. Very happy with the services I received while visiting Airport Tire I will definitely use them again in the future & recommend them when I can!

Called and ordered the tires I wanted and they offered same day service, but I came in the next morning and they immediately got me in. Price was lower than competitors and they assisted me with a corporate rebate on the tires I chose.

Great work on my vehicle but Rick was a complete a** to my husband and I because we told him we were quoted a different price over the phone. I don't mind paying the price y'all charge, but feeling degraded isn't worth coming back for!! Shame.

Highly recommend this dealer for tires, front-end work, and truck alignments (which require a bigger alignment rack). Very good work, good communication, friendly staff, and diligent, persistent staff getting the RIGHT job done, done RIGHT, which is not always easy to get from a garage.

Stay away from this shady place. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, can’t believe they are even open. Paid for an alignment and got nothing but excuses from them on why it pulled when I went to leave. They switched front tires and sent me off when I complained about the pull. No proof the alignment was done except for a screen shot from the monitor that shows it’s not to specifications. Asked for a print out and was told the printer was down. I asked why they didn’t mention that when I dropped it off and was told “well you didn’t ask if the printer worked”. I asked if they test drive after an alignment to see if it pulls. I was told “we must have missed it”. I asked for a refund, they said no. To top off my experience they started laughing when I got upset, they thought my frustration was funny. Complete nonsense and waste of time and money. Stay away from these clowns.

Terrible service! Took 2 vehicles here, will never go back. First vehicle had 2 tires and brakes and rotors done. Asked them to balance all 4 tires and put the new ones on front, they installed the new ones on the back and didn't balance the other 2. The 2 they did balance weren't right, had to have them re balanced. They didn't bother to tell me that my right rear caliper was bad which burnt up my new rotor and pads. 2nd vehicle had all 4 tires replaced with new ones I provided. 1st issue they charged me double what they told me it would be. I left and my truck was shaking so bad I couldn't go over 60mph, took it back and they re balanced them, and of course blamed the tires because they are a cheaper tire. Still same issue. Ended up taking it to the chevy dealership and paying $340 for diagnostic fee and balancing the tires, which fixed the shaking. When I called airport tire to tell them about it, I was talked down to and the were very rude and still blaming my tires and even hung up on me. Yes I was a little angry but was not rude or disrespectful to them at all. I would not recommend anyone having work done at this business.

Just left after asking to get my wife's tires rotated and balanced because a wheel weight they put on was sliding they back it out said it was ready but the weight was still sliding and when I pointed it out then he started to get smart saying we was staring at them when there is a small waiting room with 4 chairs we will not go back

They always treat me well when I go there. I have bought multiple sets of tires from them. They rotate the tires and fix nails in the tire on the spot.
