Airport Honda is always wonderful to deal with. Employees are always nice and they aren't pushy and they are honest about what my vehicle needs replaced. I've had past dealerships be very pushy and tell me my car needs things it didn't need replaced. I always have my civic serviced here and will look to them when I purchase my next vehicle.

The Service department did a great job getting me in and out in good time. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and 2 different recalls that needed to be addressed, and I was finished in about 3 hours. The waiting area was clean, free WiFi speed was surprisingly good, and there was even a quiet room for me to work while I waited.

Greeted immediately upon arrival. Complete inspection and service was performed and vehicle was ready sooner then promised. Also received a video from the Honda Professional Service Techinician showing me all that he had done. In Summary from the Service writer to the techinican was exectional service.

This most recent visit to the service department was likely my last. I went in with 3 concerns, and left with nothing done to my car. I pointed out something along my windshield that seems to not be sealed, and the service person( not the one I normally use) said he would have it addressed. It wasn’t. I noted there was a whistling noise and they told me it was my tires, it’s not. I told them my window on the passenger side made a loud sound when I rolled it down, and they “didn’t hear it”. On a second listen, supposedly they did. Told me they would order a part for it. I haven’t heard a word if they got the part or not. But, now my passenger door handle is loose after they took it apart. So no part, noise is still there, condensation on the inside windshield still, foam part is still raised on my windshield, and no one has contacted me to fix my window. I will have anything else done for my NEW car at another dealership. I was also there for 4 hours, and no one ever let me know what was going on with my car. Finally, they came to tell me they didn’t find anything, but 4 hours without an update or questions is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 9:15, left at 12:30 with nothing. Don’t waste your time thinking they will do anything unless they can charge you a boat load of money. Never again…

Update from original (poor) review - Simon Denny, the service manager, went above and beyond to address concerns I had about a previous poor service experience. He ensured there was no damage from the issue, resolved all of my concerns, and even included additional services and a detail as a gesture of goodwill. His professionalism and commitment to making things right have restored my confidence in the service department. Thank you, Simon, for taking such great care!
