I do not recommend them, they took my car for an entire day, did absolutely nothing. They knew prior I had only a day to get the work done, made the appt.a week in advance. Call just before closing to see why I hadn't heard from them. They said "oh we only have 1 person that works on cadillac and he was busy." Don't get they're loaner vehicles 20yr old pieces of junk,embrassing to drive. They required they diagnose the problem at 198.00,prior to do any job.

I had airport automotive look at my 2006 Subaru Outback for 2 particular issues… a check engine light for a P0420 code, and a front end rotational noise I was hearing after recently installing new struts, a small lift, and other suspension components. As far as the P0420 code, they recommended replacing the catalytic converter (at a cost of ~$3,000). As far as the front end noise I was hearing, they recommended replacing my inner tie rods, stating that both had play, with the right side being worse than the left. I had another shop look at it, and they recommended *starting with* replacing the oxygen sensors, as if the cat is failing, they’ll need to be replaced anyways, and then doing a fuel induction service. So far, after a 3 hour drive, no check engine light has returned. Regarding the noise… tie rods obviously do not rotate. So this recommendation was just incorrect to begin with. They seemingly downplayed my complaint, stating “technician did not hear any typical axle noise problems on the test drive, the noise heard on the test drive was very faint.” You can see my videos, taken the day before I brought my vehicle in for them to look at it. Clearly, there isn’t anything “faint” about the noise. The second shop I had look at my vehicle said my tie rods are not in need of replacement. It actually ended up being my CV axles making this noise, both of which have now been replaced with OEM Subaru axles. And all the noise is gone. I feel like these “findings” or recommendations are lazy, and, as far as the front end noise goes… are just flat out wrong. Time will tell on the catalytic converter. But why are we jumping right to a $3000 cat replacement? Why did the other shop recommend starting with sensors and a fuel system cleaning, and go from there? Seems a little more reasonable/logical to me. I feel like I wasted $285 on “diagnostics” by this shop. Personally, I’d have someone else look at your vehicle.

Their clear communication and expertise gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The repairs were completed promptly (despite the holiday), and my truck is feeling brand new. I very much appreciated their loaner service. I think it's awesome that their loaners are all higher mileage which really shows their commitment to keeping even their own vehicles running strong. That kind of attention to detail gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work. Ultimately, the peace of mind they provided through the entire repair process and now knowing my truck is mechanically sound was worth every penny. The team at Airport is knowledgeable, has open communication and great customer service. My Toyota 4Runner needed its 60k mile service. They got me right in, set me up with a loaner vehicle, and communicated along the way. My car was ready as needed for a trip to the mountains and I knew it was reliable! And it had a car wash on top of all the other services! Couldn’t be happier.

The top radiator hose in my Jeep would pop off from the radiator. I put new hoses and clamps on but sooner or later the hose popped off no matter how much I tightened it. So I took the car to AA and they diagnosed it and found the attachment pipe from the radiator was too short and missing barbs. They sent routine updates and informed me that the radiator needed replacement. Within a day the radiator was replaced and flushed. Also, in follow-up to a previous gas tank replacement they conducted a fuel filter replacement. The service was timely, as usual - very professional, Jake kept me well informed, and now the vehicle runs great again. I highly recommend Airport Automotive!

This place charged my girlfriend 700 for a battery change and told it had to be calibrated and they took all day keeping the car . Kinda pricey and a bit price gouging.

UPDATE, 12 2024. 1989 F250. My truck was in serious need repair . At Airport Automotive they've treated me right . They got my truck running reliably and safely. It was a lot of man hours figuring it out . I am very appreciative of G, JD and the whole crew . Their workmanship, and knowledge on this old truck has givin me peace of mind knowing the work they put into it was well worth it. They even cleaned the inside! Thankyou very much Airport Automotive. I deleted my previous review for the work Airport Automotive did on my 99 jeep grand cherokee, but they did a great job ,it was engine problems turned engine replacement and they took care of everything. My 2015 Chevy Silverado had an alluding check engine light issue but Jake , Rick the technician, (Dan was the technician for my jeep). And everybody who put their knowledgeable minds together and figured out the problem, that is why i will continue to take all my automobiles to Airport Automotive. Guillermo, JD, Jake and the entire crew are awesome. I brought in a rare import for a once over and Guillermo was able to tell me everything I needed to address to include a clogged washer fluid line. They listed the things that needed attention immediately to what I can address later. JD and Jake kept me updated throughout the entire process and were very efficient. What’s awesome is their wide knowledge of vehicles as well. I’ll be going back to them for future services.

Horrible work ethics here! Save your time and money if you need a tow. They will try to do anything to get out of work. They’ve been turned in to AAA. We had a car in the ditch and they tried to make CSP come out in cold reporting for nothing. When the police arrived (after the tow driver left) they said there was no reason for them to be called and were a bit irritated at the company.

This was the only shop I called that was familiar with my vehicle and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After dropping my vehicle off they sent me live updates with pictures and videos of my vehicle. The mechanic "Joe" was a rock star and treated my ride proper. Awesome job on my Honda Element and I'm grateful to have found an HONEST shop. They will be getting MUCH more of my business for sure.

Fantastic service! My jeep had my esp lights going off saying I needed to service my four wheel drive. On a Friday at 12:00pm. No one else was able to get me in. I called them they got me in 20 minutes later took me home. Had my car back up and running in a few hours. Great people, great service, honest and helpful! I'm a former service advisor I sold cars for many years. I would definitely recommend this place hands down the best in town.

Originally went in for an ac compressor check but I went with a comprehensive check as well which really gave me insight into problems I will be dealing with and future problems, the staff there are very friendly. I do feel like they are legit because the amount of detail provided in the reports alone do not lie, where as other mechanics shops like to play around as I have experienced in the past with your vehicle and money. Like I said before too, the detailed pdf and report that you get from the comprehensive check is amazing, you get pictures referencing the vehicles and explanations to everything, and even videos of certain thing about your vehicle. Along with that I am military and I needed a car while they checked and Airport automotive has complementary cars for you while they do the service so this helped incredibly as well. Go in and you will be glad you picked them I truly mean this.—— Second experience: Its the morning I get in my car back out my driveway, something gives out. Long story short it was a tie rod bolt and pin that were missing, I called Airport Automotive and they got their tow truck out to me within the hour very fast and got me a loaner car while the work was being performed to fix my rav4. The same day they finished the repairs so I was super glad as I have plans for long road trip coming up. The price was extremly reasonable to which suprised me. But JD and the Airport automotive team kept me updated on the stuff being done to it overall I am glad to have used them as they made my car work better then ever. The steering wheel feels very smooth and not like it was before the whole right tie rod wheel fell off. Highly satisfied with their work and reasonable price.

Save your money and time!! Go somewhere else. Spent well over $6,000.00. Certain things were never fixed or worse. The tire pressure gage was faulty, they said they replaced it, but it never worked properly. Took it back several time to get fixed over at least year time, they just talked down to me, said it was the cold weather or this and that. Went back several times to make right it was never fixed. Then when I’d take it back for that purpose and they’d find something else wrong so I’d have to pay more money. The referral program is a joke as well. I feel bad I ever referred anyone to this mechanic.
