They do really good work and it’s affordable. Unlike other auto centers with overinflated prices and wanting to replace parts not broken they get it done and do what they say.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! Brought my car in, wouldn’t start and no engine light. I was also on a very fixed budget. They got me in, chased down the problem (it took several days, but I specifically told them I was not in a rush to have it back), fixed my car and had it back to me very soon after they found out what was wrong. They called me every time they needed to do a test, told me what they needed to do, why they needed to do it, and had me authorize every step while being VERY clear and transparent about the cost every step of the way. And prices were very competitive! *They even waived the initial diagnostic fee because I fixed my car through them!!* 10/10 customer service and the whole team welcomed me and my problem child (my car) and didn’t give me attitude for being poor (like a lot of other shops do). They didn’t try to upsell me and they listened to what I had to say even though I’m not a car guy myself. Super impressed from start to finish. Will be coming back.

Know of the owner from a local shoe/clothing store, so I thought I'd try him out. My sons 05 Nissan Altima needed an alternator, Expert Auto, couldn't get to for 3 days, so I called Air Capital they say they could have it done next day, so i tow it there, the guy at desk quotes me a price $85 cheaper than Expert and C.A.R. so im like heck yeah. Next day i call to check on car, several let me find outs calls later, rolls to next day they haven't started, ok cool that happens, i get a call saying they misquoted me because they didn't know it was a V6. So now price is higher then Expert, so im like you already quoted me a price all they could say was sorry, if i towed out of there to anywhere else it woulda been $75 on top of service, so im like whatever just get it done. 2 weeks later after calls emails visits car is done. After 3 weeks he takes off 20 bucks!They cant find the core and I stupidly paid. All the ubers my son had to use to get to work waiting on an alternator, they didnt care. 6 months later, alternator goes out my son takes to dealership, he sends me pics...Air Cap cut a hole in frame to get to the bolt! And its a used alternator so i cant take back for warranty. I sent pics and video they ghost me lol great business... 6/2/24 Reply: I clearly stated it was a V6, I never said 3cylinder ever, you can just admit you or tech made a mistake looking it up and pricing it. If I thought it was a 4 cylinder I would have brought in a 4 cylinder alternator. Address why it took so long to even start working on the vehicle. The car was did not have a hole in the frame when I brought it in, I still have the whole facebook thread, the whole convo for days on end. How many times did I come to the shop asking about my sons car? A v6 Nissan Altima is a nightmare to work on? But you say your shop specializes in foreign vehicles? Come man, just say you had a drunk or high working on the car..it happens. F Them!

These guys are great. Especially the owner. He is direct and trustworthy. Very honest provider. I highly recommend. A good job is never cheap but its a great price.

They fixed my issue. Though it took some time, but I really appreciate them! And it was affordable! They even fixed my windshield wipers lol and I didn’t even ask for that! Thank you. Will come back!

Took my bmw to air capital and no one else could figure out why I didn't have compression on three cylinders. Two shops told me bad engine, one had it months and couldn't figure it out, these guys took a look and a timing chain job later, Im burning rubber again at like half the price the other shops quoted me

April 30th 2024 my daughter her car to Air Capital Automotive to be serviced. While the vehicle was actively being worked a technical left the car unattended while it was running with the door open. A person walking down the street saw the unattended vehicle running with the door open and hopped in the vehicle driving it away. Air Capital Automotive seems like they do not want to take responsibility for this situation. Leaving a vehicle running with the door open unattended is gross negligence.

I had this shop do an oil change for me and after taking it to another shop for my next oil change I found out my drain plug was stripped from being over torqued. This was after they "fixed" a coolant issue I was having where they forgot to put an o-ring on my system so the engine was sucking air and not properly cooling my engine. I took it back to them to have them fix it and I still had to take it to another shop to have my thermostat fixed after their work. I normally love supporting smaller locally owned shops but this was a pretty big let down.

Great and honest company. Got a code for a bad sensor and Alex (car guru in my eyes) was like it’s not your sensor but I can tell you what it is and how to fix it. Not only did he redirect me on what needed to be done. Definitely saved me a lot of money. Think I found my new go to shop for any repairs or work to be done.

I was having overheating issues in my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix and it was idling rough. Took it to Corey at Air Capital and he had it running TOP NOTCH in 3 days. He sent me pictures during the work process to show me what needed to be done (new thermostat, water pump, intake manifold was leaking causing rough idle) etc. The car is running great now and idling smoothly again! He also charged the AC so it's ice cold. Highly recommend Air Capital Automotive.

I've had work done at the shop several times now. Literally from their first year of business, until current. My car comes back in better condition every time. I was hit three times and brought my car to the shop all three times. Cory personally found ways to save me money, and cut the cost on repair. If I had an issue or question, he's made it right every single time. When I got hit, he had my car towed, until I could cover some cost. The shop has been good to me, I've personally witnessed Cory work arrangements with customers, as well as find ways to save the customer money on pre-existing issues on customer vehicles. I prefer to take my car where the work is honest, reliable, and I can trust the person I'm doing business with. That's what I've gotten since doing business with Air Capital Airline.

My daughter took her car up there numerous times when Corey fixed one thing when she would go to pick up her car he would tell her something else was wrong he put her wheel bearing on backwards. My daughter was just distraught because she was spending money on 1 thing and she had to come out the pocket for another. And thing’s would come up missing in her car or it still wasn’t fixed right. They need better CSR skills to talk to the customer and let them know what’s going on with your car he was guessing on what was wrong with her car

This place supposedly replaced my gas tank took them over almost a month they overcharged me for the gas tank which was my old one and now my gas hand doesn't move at all plus there workers was stealing my personal belongings and stole money out of my truck these people are unprofessional and theives be careful what you leave in your car when you go up there.
