Had a tire that they claimed was a practically new tire put on my car,and it went flat the next day. I had to wait through the weekend to take it back to the shop, only to be told that it was my fault and that they were going to charge me an additional $30 to patch the tire they sold me. They tried to claim that i damaged the tire when i hadnt even driven the car yet. They questioned me about why i hadnt called about it, and i told them it waa because they were closed for the weekend and MLK day.

Always the best customer experience. Reliable, dependable and responsive from the time you walk in door until you check out. I live a little over half hour from the shop. If I lived two hours away I’d make my way to them. I highly recommend. Thanks Scott, Kaitlin, and all of your team!

BEWARE… I have low profile tires, I have a hard time finding them here. These people are RUDE SCAMMERS. Second tire from this place and that’s my fault for even coming back. Gave me dry rotted tires, BOTH times. Hasn’t been a week and I am sitting in a tire shop because I had a flat. Just spend the money somewhere else. ITS NOT WORTH IT. No wonder they have cards in front that give you a discount of you leave them a good review. Look at the way they reply to bad reviews. Dirty low down garbage, people and tires!

Look I get the upsale is the goal and all great attitudes but honestly you all didn't help me fully I spent 1200$ which isn't the issue I explained I believe my SERP Belt was possibly bad but I wasn't sure you proceeded to show me it and it didn't look as bad I explained as I'm driving I hear a small squeal from my left wheel as I'm driving but not as I'm breaking so you stole me on some money which is typical on these situations the squeal came back a couple days after so honestly since you all didn't find the issue I had and told me it was fixed and etc. Which is what I was trying to have done I'll be doing business else where I'm not going to do you all wrong since you all did a decent job on the tires and the attitude but it's wrong to tell me that yes I'm right it's the belt and it's not so just pointing out

Went twice for a tire, first tire had a slice in it, didn't notice tell the next day when I went to put the tire on the vehicle, went a second time today, they replaced it no problem, however after driving around doin some shopping we came out to that same tire they replaced, completely flat thankfully I still have our donut to slap on it, the biggest issue here is i will now be goin back for a 3rd time to get yet another tire and we live over an hour away. There was nothing wrong with the rim, the old tire was balled and held air great. There was no question about the rim just the tire, never had an issue with it tell I came to this company for a tire, very friendly in the store l, just irritating to have to deal with this..

Affordable Tire Co. is amazing! I came in with a flat tire just minutes before they closed, and instead of turning me away, they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me out. They stayed past closing time to make sure I left with a new tire and peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

Man, I'm pist the hell off!! I've been using you guys well over 10 years, probably closer to 15!! Im all about supporting my black businesses. Not when your doing bad business and you obviously know it. Damn, my boyfriend and I have spent 100s and 1000s of dollars with your business. The last few tires the valve stems were bad which means tires were bad. This last tire the valve stem flew off in his face, thank god it didn't harm him. I will not be recommending your place anymore. We're going back to the Hispanics down the street, we have never had issues there. So disappointed

Outstanding service! As a college student dealing with a flat tire, I noticed many places tried to overcharge me, likely because I’m a woman. But not this shop! They were honest, reasonably priced, and fixed my car quickly. Highly recommend—definitely girl-approved! Shout out to Scott, he’s such a genuine person!!

Shout out to Scott. Being a mechanic in Maryland my sister was stuck with a nail in her tire and several shops tried taking advantage of the out of town college students. I couldn’t do anything all the way from Maryland but made some calls and found this shop who said they’d gladly help. They got her brought in in a timely manner and great price. 10/10 would recommend them to all locals and people passing through

The people that work at this shop are amazing and very friendly. Sean is one of a kind. He will go out of his way to help you with whatever you need and he is Very honest about everything. I’m not sure why they would ever get a bad review because I’ve experienced nothing but kindness and honesty at the shop. The girl that works in the front talks to you like she’s your best friend and has always made me feel comfortable coming in there. I am a single mom on a limited income and this is where I will always shop for tires.

They do more than just tires. They repaired my car fast, but VERY expensive. 1500 for front struts, came back 1300 for alternator and battery and it wasn't even the problem. Won't be back.

Was looking for 4 new tires for my car. I literally called a dozen tire shops and then I found Affordable Tire Co.! When I called I got the sweetest friendliest most down to earth guy named Shaun! He came across very honest! He quoted me a price that was almost $200 less than the competition! And he got me in an hour later. The girl and other guy behind the counter were also very friendly! I was in and out in a hour and twenty minutes!!! I think I’ve found my new car shop! Oh and fyi shaun was definitely easy on the eyes ladies 😉 LOL

They mess up your car and won't fix it I have been dealing with tire pressure monitor light on my car since they put two new tires on two weeks ago.... I don't recommend anyone to go to them

I went to see why my tire was leaking, they fixed it for me no issues. While I was there I checked on the cost of a couple other repairs, and with their available "financing" options they went above and beyond to get my car safely back on the road with in 1 day. I will be coming back.

Only putting a star because Google won’t let me leave a review without it. I would never take my vehicle to this shop ever again. I went in to get new brakes, rotors, and tires. When I left my rear wheel was put on incorrectly/not all the way and nearly came off as I was driving down the road. I’ve had to replace everything they did in LESS THAN A YEAR, including the tires. While my brake pads were being changed it was discovered that the pins were never put back on to hold my brake pads in place. This shops truly does not care that customers are being ripped off and leaving with vehicles in worse condition than they came in. NEVER go here

The co owner said he would take 10$ off my bill if I left him a good review. I asked him what he wanted me to write and he said he liked his reviews to be genuine. So here is my genuine review. The co owner was friendly could tell he was a big business man by the way he talked and questions he asked me. I left him a good review before receiving my car back. When I got home I realized one of the tires they sold me was balding on the inside. I called the next day and they put on a new tire no questions asked. They had the tires I needed. They were the cheapest priced used tires I could find for my car. 60$ per tire for 3 different brands of tires. They were able to get me in immediately and fix the problem immediately the next day. However after reading prior reviews to this company. The comments responding back to customers were absolutely horrid. I do think the technicians knew what they’re doing and purposely put that tire on my car hoping I wouldn’t notice.

These people are engaging in outright illegal practices selling used tires. They sold my son two used tires for his car, one of them was over 10 years old which is explicitly illegal to sell or service per TN state law, and the other had chunks taken out of the sidewall and a visible plug near the sidewall as well, which they conveniently mounted on the inside part of the wheel. Not to mention both of these tires were at roughly 3/32nds of an inch in tread. My son paid $133 for this and also told me the shop looked generally nasty and unmaintained, as if the workers don't even care. If you're in the Knoxville area do not go here. I am incensed by this. Per Tennessee SB239: "This bill prohibits any supplier from installing or offering to install an unsafe used tire on a motor vehicle. This bill defines "unsafe used tire" to mean a used tire that suffers from at least one of the following nonconformities: (1) The used tire is worn to a tread depth of 2/32 of one inch or less on any area of the tread; (2) The used tire suffers from damage that exposes the reinforcing plies of the tire; (3) The used tire shows evidence of any of the following: (A) A repair to the tire in the tread shoulder or belt edge; (B) A puncture that has not been both sealed or patched on the inside, and plugged with a cured rubber stem through to the outside of the tire; (C) A repair to the sidewall or bead area of the tire; (D) A repair for a puncture that is greater than 1/4 of one inch; (E) Prior use of a temporary sealant without evidence of a subsequent proper repair; (F) Damage to the inner liner or bead damage; or (G) An internal separation, such as bulges or localized areas of irregular tread wear, indicating possible tread or belt separation; (4) The U.S. department of transportation tire identification number on the sidewall of the used tire has been defaced or removed; or (5) The used tire is a recalled tire the sale of which is prohibited by federal law; A violation of this bill will be an unfair and deceptive act or practice in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act of 1977, which is a Class B misdemeanor criminal offense and may subject the offender to an action for damages, including treble damages for a willful or knowing violation. In addition to all other remedies, this bill will subject any supplier who knowingly installs or offers to install an unsafe used tire on a motor vehicle to a civil penalty of $500 for each violation."
