After AAA made two calls and managed to drain BOTH sets of batteries in my Diesel Pusher, I panicked because of dropping negative temps with a coach full of show dogs. When I called Affordable, Paul understood the urgency and sent someone right out. Andy arrived in less than an hour with a HUGE welders generator and power booster. He said. "I PROMISE I will get you started!!" and told us to stay warm in the car while he hustled. Almost an hour later, I could have cried when I heard my ice cold C7 turn over. HE DID IT! Paul stopped by to make sure everything was good and they hung out till the batteries had a charge and to make sure we were safe for the night. Ben in the office sent me a link to pay a very FAIR bill effortlessly on my phone. None of the other truck repairs in the area could manage to do what they did, so do not hesitate to call these guys...my Three Musketeers!

This service is the best in ALL of the Chicagoland/Milwaukee/Madison Area i know that's a large area but i use services from MANY MANY other places regularly and when I'm able Affordable Diesel is the one on my PREFERRED LIST and is by far the most customer oriented and affordable of them all. As a truck driver you can't always use one service. Service companies won't drive four hours outside the service area to come fix your broken truck so have a few companies that match the service that Affordable Diesel has in a few locations so you can be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY all the time 😍😍😍

Affordable diesel was very quick to respond once called. They quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately repaired it. The repair guy was very friendly. These guys have the best rates in town. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Contacted this company through a third party to get help on a Sunday before noon. Told them what was going on and they came out and replaced my alternator for me. In the process I placed a breakfast request advising them that I had cash and they brought me 2 Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagels and 2 hasbrowns from McDonald's. The best damn service company I have dealt with in a while.

Once Affordable Diesel was contacted by our company, they arrived at our rig within an hour. The mechanic was quick, accurate, and very personable—particularly considering that the real feel temperature was -28. He had us up and running in 15 minutes flat! He even waited at the end of the ramp where we had pulled off, just to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this company, both for its quality service and its outstanding customer service.

Thank God for the young man that I was blessed with he was truly awesome even went above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Even though I thought I knew what the problem wasn’t he convinced me into trying it and it worked for me and he didn’t break the bank for his time like others we’re trying to do again I thank God for him and I pray that his business be prosperous for years to come you just don’t meet genuine people like him anymore again thank you sir for everything.

I called AAA after locking my keys in my car last night and they sent Affordable Diesel Roadservice, LLC, who had gotten there and had my car unlocked and running within 40 minutes- almost 30 minutes faster than AAA's estimated 65 minutes! I would definitely recommend them to help anyone out in a jam!

Outstanding service! There were no long phone conversations trying to explain the situation and no paperwork to complete...and, they not only answered the phone on my first try but also showed up within an hour! Definitely the fastest and easiest roadside assistance experience I have ever had. Insurance companies could learn a thing or two from these guys.

We got a flat tire on the highway on the way home from Wisconsin to Illinois. Paul answered the phone and arrived quickly. He drove myself, 4 kids and a dog in his new tow truck. He went above and beyond by taking us 30 miles to a discount tire. Great Service!
