Didn’t have a good experience at this shop. They were charging me for three parts and labor but only two were actually installed had I not asked for the old parts , they would’ve charged me for all three parts. Lack of communication on their part as to what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be replaced. I was also being charged an extra $70 for paying with my debit card so I had to go get cash to avoid that extra fee. Will look elsewhere for future car repair needs.

I was 9mo pregnant and our main car was having issues, they knew our situation and got us right in and fixed up. They were so nice and patient with us. Getting our baby car right back in the road safely.

I went for a power steering pump, and when they were diagnosing they told me it was not the pump, but a way cheaper fix. Very honest and friendly.

I thought it is very hard to find an honest mechanic in El Paso. Eric proved me wrong. He is the best and honest mechanic I met so far in El Paso. ( I have lived in El Paso since 1977).
