Advantage Hail Repair made everything so easy and convenient to fixing my car’s hail damage. Even though I had so many questions and was getting impatient at times, the communication was always there to let me know what step my car was in. I also appreciated that they went out of their way to either bring me a car, pick up a car and came to me to fix anything that needed fixing. Definitely recommend using them for any repairs needed!

I had a really great experience with this company and specifically Ray Jordan who was super helpful. I had really bad hail damage from a storm in May and I already had a quote from another shop that didn't include a lot of the damage. After taking a look at my car, Ray was really upfront about the damage and was also transparent about supplies/paint delays that would ultimately cause delays in repairs. They helped with arranging a rental and left a loaner until I was able to get a rental. He returned my car as soon as it was ready and took my rental back for me, making the experience super streamlined and easy. My car looks like it was never damaged! I'm very pleased :)

This wonderful Hail Repair shop could not be easier to work with. They took care of everything making my job so easy. They brought me their business car when they picked mine up at my house. They took care of all of the insurance and rental car arrangements, met me at Enterprise to get their car when I picked up the rental car. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. When the car was ready they brought it to my home, picked up the check from insurance and returned the rental car for me. Anything I needed to do, I did on line or by phone. Their work was amazing. The car looks brand new.

He went above and beyond to the point that he even came out to our house to pick up our vehicle and to give us a rental car. When our vehicle was in the shop with Hamp Porter always quick and responsive giving me updates when I asked for.I would recommend to family and friends.

There aren’t enough stars to convey how excellent this establishment is. Advantage Hail Repair completely restored my car after I brought it to the shop with what they called “some of the worst hail damage they have ever seen.” During the process, they provided me with a reliable rental vehicle, timely updates, and always answered my questions quickly and honestly. The work they do is not only amazing, but honest and fair. The employees are genuine, kind, and patient. I will always recommend this business to anyone who is in need of its services.

They took days longer to repair my vehicle, gave me a rental that was nowhere near comparable to mine promised that I would get the $300 rebate for fixing the hail damage on my car never got a rebate text messages stating that they would I’ll be more than happy to post Replaced my battery said they were taking the money out of that when I called O’Reilly‘s they indeed confirmed my battery was under warranty so no money was exchanged. If I could give a star review I absolutely would to speak to the owner. No message was completely taken advantage of. Do not recommend doing business with them at all Will be reporting to Farm Bureau as well.

When they say paintless dent removal they mean it! My man Santiago gave us the "White Glove Treatment" and all my Hail bumps and bruises to my 2022 Genesis GV80 are gone! My hat's off to the workmanship and the no out-of-pocket expense made this a no brainer. Your insurance company is looking for a reason to say no, so when you have damage give Advantage Hail Repair a go! FYI, If you didn't know this you have 365 days to report a Hail Damage Claim. This applies to any insurance company if you read the fine print, that's where they try to get cha!

The comment back is not true at all. I have all text and photos to prove that this company said they removed my rain sensor and “ forgot” to put it back on. Another red flag! So do not trust this company!! Do not trust this illegal scam! If I could put no stars I would!! Do not take your vehicle here!!! Do not fall for the scam “ I will pay for the deductible “ You will end up paying out of pocket, because of the sloppy rushed work! Geico is in the same building as Advantage hail repair, I was approached by a guy name, Orlando while I was getting an adjuster to look at my truck. Orlando told me that he could take care of all of my hail damage, door ding, rock chips in my hood, and have my truck looking brand new again! Promised one week turn around!!!! So Much for that. Orlando said he can pickup my truck Monday and get me into a rental Monday morning! Monday came I picked up my rental nobody ever showed up to pick up my truck…My truck ended up getting picked up Tuesday late evening and went home with the person who picked it up. “ first red flag “ So happy I have ford pass and shows the location! Second red flag I had no update on my vehicle for 3-4weeks! Orlando was never in office,sick,days off, etc! I had the insurance company calling me asking when my vehicle would be finished because time given had already exceeded. called Orlando and he said he will call me back when my vehicle was finished. He eventually called me back 3 days later saying it was ready for pick up. Third red flag. The rock chips he said would be fixed on the hood, were just drops of paint all over my hood looks horrible! The door ding he said would be removed was not. As soon as I hopped into my truck my dash lights came on (Front Camera & Lane deviation were not working). I spoke to Orlando about that and he said he would get back with me. “He never did” So I took my vehicle to ford dealership and they notified me that the rain sensor was missing. Ford notified Orlando and Alfredo (Manager) that the sensor was removed from when they did the repairs. Alfredo said they would take care of it. After ford told them the price of it they changed their minds quick! Alfredo said we should have taken the vehicle back to them and they would have fixed it and write another supplement from the insurance to take care of the problem. Alfredo told me to take my truck out of ford and bring it back to them. If not they couldn’t do anything about it. I got stuck with the bill at ford to get my truck back correct. I would never take any of my vehicles back to them they’re not trustworthy, sloppy work, and unreliable. Alfredo and Orlando won’t answer my calls or text. Please be aware of this scam! Avoid the headache this shop will give you .

They took over two month to fix our vehicle after it was told from them that it was going to take three week and from there they were moving dates to a week to week thing. As of 6/24/24 and still haven’t go my vehicle and still being told that it was due to a part being delayed (since the beginning). You call and email them and they won’t answer unless they don’t know your phone number after you tried so menu times to reach them. It is one of the worst repair shops I’ve experienced so far (still my car is not fix). You literally have to go in person to get an answer and actually see if your vehicle is even there.

This business strives to keep their customers happy, and that is why I will be a long-time customer. Took my Honda Accord in for recent hail damage, and it came back to me all nice and shiny. My Ford Explorer, like many in Little Elm/Aubrey was severely damaged with hundreds of dimples from the hail storm we had in March. Hamp Porter and his team were professional, thorough, prompt and even provided a loaner car and detailed my car before returning it. It looks like new! (I have 3 kiddos so that says a lot). I highly recommend Hamp and his team and I’ll be sending my daughters car as well. Thank you Advantage and Hamp!
